Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close windows downstairs & upstairs please.
Turn off A/C or set to 78 both upstairs and downstairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Local ordinance prohibits noise after 10 pm and before 8 am. Do not rearrange furniture, please. Do not leave garage door up.
Each A/C unit is controlled by its own remote. Please close windows before turning on the A/C. Set to 78 in each room before checking out.
No parking is permitted in the alley – you will be ticketed by the City and/or towed. You may load/unload but do not leave your car unattended.

The north end of Mission Beach has it all, quieter but close to lots of restaurants, and the Catamaran for spa or water toy rentals! The house has the old charm combined with loving restoration making it cozy, functional and totally unique.

What makes this property unique

Each bedroom and the living area has its own A/C unit controlled by individual remotes, so everyone can sleep at their perfect temperature! Gas fireplace, fire pit, heater, all for making the nights cozy. Large closets and pantry. Garage space for a compact SUV. Outdoor shower, new grill, all the comforts and amenities a beach house should have! Memory foam mattresses on all the beds. Well stocked kitchen. Strong wifi! Roku TVs in all bedrooms and the living room.
