Come feel pampered and relaxed in this Majestic 23rd Floor PENTHOUSE UNIT. You will feel like you are on top of the world. Quiet and serene with only the sounds of rolling waves and seagulls. This unit has an amazing view up and down the beach. The Living room has a Smart TV, some board games and decks of cards, a queen sleeper sofa and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a comfortable one. Bring your own food to eat in or enjoy the many great local restaurants Panama City Beach has to offer. Walmart is located close by for groceries and other items you may require.
The Master bedroom has adjoining private bathroom and a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining shared bathroom from the bedroom and hallway.

The accommodations were wonderful! It was a perfect getaway! The host was gracious and very responsive. The parking was easy, especially with the preregistration. All we had to do is pull up to the gate in the deck and it automatically recognized the tag.

Very nice host and great place to stay. While we were there looking out on the balcony we seen sharks, dolphins, seals, manatees, sea turtles and some manirays. Its very beautiful and i highly recommend staying here.

This place had it all. Beach view was amazing and we were on the top floor. I was concerned with it being fall break that we would have to wait on the elevators but maximum wait time was maybe 3-5 minutes. Very fast! Pools were clean and they have multiple pools on both sides of the establishment. There is a little market and a bar and grill on the ground floor. There is also a movie theatre in this place. Beach access was easily accessible and there are chairs available to rent.

Beautiful condo

First I'd like to give a shout out to Amber, the host. Always kind and helpful, never short or irritated at my questions. The property is very comfortable and well stocked in basic items. Commendations to the cleaner. It is very difficult to get all the sand up, but she left a very clean condo for us to enjoy. We were on the top floor but never had a long wait for the elevator. There's a lot to do at the Majestic. It's more than the average condo.

Nice but tired

The condo was in a great location with nice amenities. We had to wash all the dishes before we used them because they looked dirty, and overall the place could use a good deep clean, furniture included. The mattresses were also super firm which is not my preference, I prefer a more plush sleep environment but that’s me. So I ended up not sleeping great all week. The location and beauty of everything more than made up for that though. Overall we had a great vacation.

Great but keep in mind

Only bad thing to say is the elevator situation can be a little packed but I think tower 1 has 4 or different elevators And sometimes it can be difficult for the higher floors my advice if and elevator opens up get on it no matter which way it’s going you can ride it down then up to where you need to or vice versus because sometimes you will wait a while if you don’t hop on where you fit. I stay on the top floor I did take the stairs not the best choice but for the lower levels if your physically able it can be a good option. Other then that great place to stay and the hot tubs are closed cause of covid

Overall really happy with stay

Only issue we had was the smoke alarms battery was dead when we got there so we had to make another trip to Walmart after we had already been just for a battery.
