The pool is not heated but maintains a perfect temperature for cooling off after a day of tropical Merida heat.

Electricity is charged separately: meter readings at arrival and departure, rate of 3.5 MXN per kWh.

Weekly pool cleaning included; other specialty cleaning services available upon request and quoted separately.

Flexible arrival with a secure electronic lock for self check-in. A comprehensive manual with recommendations is provided and guests have 24/7 access to hosts via phone or messenger for any needs.
