Villa Greta: A characteristic cottage which faces the sun and the sea, with Free WI-FI.

Villa Greta is a characteristic cottage which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Villa Greta you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Greta is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet) including 300 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Greta from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. Because of its position, convenient to the bus stop and with just a few steps to climb, traffic noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Greta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a private parking lot.

Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the garden along an external stairway. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small patio with a view of the sea through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster.
Mezzanine Level with bathroom
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the living room along a stairway. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling has an height of 1.90 meters (6.2 feet). On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Half bath
The half-bath is dug into the rock and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
