Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at other units and were very happy not so much with this visit. The refrigerator was not working the day we arrived and the owner did nothing to resolve the problem. However Richard went out of his way to accommodate us the best he could. There were numerous other issues that the owner should have addressed. Trying to vacation out of two mini refrigerators was very inconvenient.

Great for short get away

Only negative is the walk to the beach was far (management cant help that). The pool was not heated and really to cold to get in. Other than this everything was great.

This condo claimed to be completely renovated and some of it was but looks like things were not finished. The closet in the master has pieces of the shelving all over and you put a shirt on the shelf and the shelf falls down-many details missed. The condo also claims to sleep 6 which it did with no problems but there is a table for 2 and 2 additional barstools at the counter. If you sleep 6 you should have dining seats for 6. The oven broke on day 3 and the one of the stove top burners stopped working the following day. The solution was an air fryer-not big enough to cook for a family of 6. I know this is of no fault of the owners.

Destin stay

The inside of the unit was very beautiful; the decorating was nice. We were surprised at how far to walk to the beach, but it was fine. The shower curtain was dirty, there was a pill on the floor, our sheets had stains, and there was some food left on the kitchen counter. Other than that, our stay was ok.
