The main level has 4 bedrooms; the second level has 4 more plus a separate casita for rent. Features include a wrap-around patio, 2 garages (4-car parking), and an ATV garage. Every room showcases southern Utah’s desert scenery. The backyard has an 8-person spa, BBQ, pergola, outdoor seating for 10, fire pit, and lounge furniture. The villa is 50 ft from a common area with a resort pool, lazy river, farmhouse welcome center, and future restaurant. Sleeps 24 in beds; max occupancy 35.

Enjoy Desert Color of St. George, a Utah paradise with a large hot pool, lap pool, lazy river (closed in winter), splash pad, slide, and mini golf.

The casita has a separate entrance and rents separately.

1st Floor: Grand kitchen seats 20+, Sub-Zero style fridge, gas range, oven, convection microwave, icemaker, 2 islands with sinks and dishwashers. Open gathering room with gas fireplace, barn door, seating, TV, and southwest décor. 20-ft accordion doors open to the backyard. Recreation room with sofa (seats 10-12), desk, TV, entertainment center, kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge. Master Bedroom inspired by Virgin River with double vanity, soaker tub, shower, quartz counters, king bed, TV, and private hot tub access. Sleeps 2. Geode Bedroom with rose gold shower, mosaic tile, granite counter, king bed, sitting area, TV, and separate entrance. Sleeps 2. Cedar and Sage Bedroom with desert-themed décor, custom shower, granite counter, king bed, TV, walk-in closet, nearby laundry and powder bath. Sleeps 2. Great Stay!

We had a great time while staying at the Stucki Villa. Plenty of room for everyone and it was stocked with the basics as well as a fully equipped kitchen. On our last night, we all decided we needed to come back again next year and stay longer!

Family Get Away

Large family with lots of kids had a wonderful time in St. George. This home accommodated us so well and gave the kids lots of entertainment with the games, pool, and lazy river! Loved our time here together making meals and playing card games and visiting. The bedrooms/bathrooms make it comfortable for couples and families. Thinking about doing it again! The area has great shopping and restaurants as well.

Great place for groups.

This is the second time we have stayed in this exact property and we have stayed in other properties with this same company before as well and I am sure we will again. The properties are always clean, well-stocked, an easy check-in process, good communication when we have needed it, and the spaces are great. We particularly like the shuffleboard table in this property as that is always a hit and we get a tournament going on. I do recommend staying here for sure and we will certainly stay with them again as well.

Awesome Home!

We loved our time at this home! The pool amenities with the shuffle board, air hockey and ping pong were awesome. We really appreciated having a bathroom with each bedroom. There was so much space for everyone to hang out. Would definitely recommend. Kirk was easy to communicate with. A few things were broken but Kirk was aware and it didn’t hinder our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect home for our family! We invited all of our adult children to visit us in So Utah and they all had their own rooms and bathrooms. The home was only 5 minutes from our house and it made it easy to run home for extra item we needed. The layout of the home provided the perfect sleeping area for the adults with childern that needed to go to bed earlier than the adults that wanted to stay up late playing games. The hot tub, community pools and mini golf course were added fun for all! We will definitely stay again for another family get together!

Great place for family reunion

This is a beautiful property in a new development. Nice pool very close. Well-thought out floor plan, geat for multiple families with children. Well-stocked kitchen with nearly anything needed to prepare meals. The host was extremely accommodating. Consider renting the separate Casita during your stay - it was perfect for us.

Great Family Home for large groups

Great home in great location

Was a nice home in a nice area of town. Had everything we needed and more. The only issue we had was one of the rooms exterior door seal was inadequate. It was very windy and cold outside and you couldn’t feel cold air coming in and a bunch of sand was blowing in through the door getting everywhere. Other than that all was great

Yoga/Adventure Retreat Group

Overall this is a fantastic property for a large group. It has an amazing kitchen, dining, living room. If you are using a chef, you cannot ask for a better chef's kitchen. The games' room is perfect and the back patio with firepit and grill with accordion doors make the house expand even further. Each of the bedrooms is beautiful -- not a bad room in the house. We also used the Casita which was a perfect location for me as the retreat coordinator. It gave me space away from the group to prepare for each upcoming day.

Just what we were looking for! Large house with many bedrooms, most with in-suite bathroom. Code for check in didn't work but the Prop Manager was around and quickly corrected it. Great property.

Amazing property! The house is beautifully decorated throughout. It is spacious and had very comfortable beds for everyone in our group. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool daily, game room/loft, as well as the outdoor seating area for gathering in the evenings. Management was easy to reach and responsive. Great location and access to what Utah has to offer!
