Old farmhouse renovated in a contemporary style

Located 4kms from Lantriac at an altitude of 850 m, Rochaubert is below a basalt cliff sheltering ancient cave dwellings. It is a typical Velay village with a mission cross dated 1689 and a house of assembly recognizable by its bell whose sound once rhythmed the daily life of the country. Built in volcanic stones, the house in which we welcome you is a traditional vellave farm. It is located at the very end of the village, sheltered from nuisance from the neighborhood. The interior has just been renovated with a concern for functionality and modernity. From the garden planted with local essences, the view is surprising, between sky, mountains, nature and volcanoes ... You will occupy the ground floor of the farm directly overlooking a large tree-lined courtyard with a terrace area.

Espace nuit de bonne qualité, idem pour l'espace sanitaire. Par contre, nous avons été surpris par le salon de jardin en métal au milieu de la pièce de vie. Nous pouvons vous suggérer de compléter l'équipement ménager d'une hotte aspirante afin de limiter la propagation des odeurs de cuisine.

Havre de paix au coeur de la Haute Loire

Cela pourrait s'appeler "la petite maison au bout du chemin" avec son portail bleu, sa cour verdoyante en balcon sur les monts environnants et la ferme en pierre restaurée dans le respect de l'original. Idéal pour visiter les nombreux sites alentours et une maison au confort contemporain pour profiter de la douceur du lieu. Merci à Kathy et François pour leur accueil, les conseils et leur discrétion pendant notre séjour. La Haute Loire nous a séduits et nous ne pouvions guère rêver plus agréable gîte pour la découvrir.

Quelques jours au calme dans un environnement privilégié : ferme au bout d'un hameau, vue superbe, de l'espace avec ce terrain privatif. Logement fonctionnel à la décoration de bon goût. Maison avec vue remarquable

Nous avons choisi cette maison typique de la région pour passer un séjour au calme et proche de la nature. Nous aimons laisser la voiture et visiter la région à vélo. C'est ce que nous avons pu faire, les sites à visiter sont nombreux, Le Puy en Velay, Chaise Dieu, le musée de l'école Le Monastier sur Gazeille... et aussi de nombreux châteaux, une région riche d'histoire. De très bonnes vacances comme on les aime.

bel endroit cocooning loin du tumulte de la ville

typique maison ancienne en pierre de la région réaménagée avec goût où l'on se sent bien. l'environnement permet de belles balades dans la campagne. l'appartement est fonctionnel, et la terrasse offre une très belle vue sur la vallée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour au "vert", et au calme, en pleine nature. Logement bien rénové, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel. Situé dans un hameau isolé, un peu loin de tout. Echanges positifs avec les propriétaires, par mail et téléphone. Bien accueillis à l'arrivée.
