Casa Romina is a characteristic and welcoming independent house in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Romina you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Casa Romina is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Galatone, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Casa Romina from the main entrance of the building going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Romina you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 3 meters (10 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside and of the garden. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from a porch going down 12 steps. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside.
Patio 2
The second patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an external shower. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the garden and of the surrounding countryside.
Garden
The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet). It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to a porch. The room has two windows with a view of the countryside, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen going down eight steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen going down eight steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
