Pleasant attached house, only 300 from Lake Saint-Ferréol and its beach, in a quiet environment. From the pool, overlooking the plain of Lauragais.
Located equidistant between Toulouse and Carcassonne, enjoy an excellent position, on the lake and at the foot of the Montagne Noire to visit the Lauragais, the Canal du Midi and the Cathar Castles.
Maisonette contiguous, 3 rooms 2 bedrooms. Dining room with a sofa bed / kitchen equipped microwave, coffee maker, utensils, 4 gas burners.
Two separate bedrooms (with possibility of adding a bed in 90 in a room)
