Holiday house of 100 m² with sea view, for 6 people:
Ground floor: large living room, separate kitchen, WC, veranda.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with 160 cm bed and 1 with 2 90 cm beds) bathroom / WC. Large closets. Household linen and sheets provided.

Overlooking the Pont du Rothéneuf Beach, on the "customs officers" path, facing the corsairs town, and nestled at the end of a dead end, the "Maison d'Hélène" is offered to you for a stay with a view on sea in an environment conducive to calm and relaxation. Large enclosed garden.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Region ist dort schön. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Das Grundstück sehr groß.Der Check in und Check Out hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Une maison agréable

Maison lumineuse, avec séjour spacieux et véranda, au calme et bien tenue. Belle vue dégagée sur la Hoguette et le Sillon au loin. Plage à quelques pas par le sentier. Propriétaires réactifs et efficaces concernant l'intendance durant notre séjour. Les draps et linge de maison sont fournis. Merci pour votre accueil, très bonne continuation à vous !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Unser Familienurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Das Haus ist großzügig und alle Schlafzimmer haben Meerblick. Auch von dem Wintergarten, Garten und sogar aus der Küche kann man das Meer sehen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch die Waschmaschine und den Trockner im Haus genutzt, was sehr praktisch war. Es sind mehrere Strände fußläufig erreichbar. Die Bucht, in die man schaut, kann man in ca. 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist überall sehr sauber gewesen. Das Haus und die Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Belle vue et repos

Très beau gîte avec belle vue sur la mer. Très bien équipée et une très bonne literie. L'environnement est très calme. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants.

Saint Malo

Sehr schönes Haus etwas außerhalb von Saint Malo. Der große Strand ist in einer Minute über einen Fußweg neben dem Nachbargebäude zu erreichen. In 5 Minuten erreicht man den Plage de la Varde, den ich als Privatstrand der Wohnung empfinde. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und unaufdringlich. Die ruhige Lage ist wirklich einmalig, hat aber den Nachteil, das Restaurants etwas entfernt sind. Das nächste ist La table de Louise, fußläufig 20 Minuten entfernt. Wir werden diesen Urlaub wiederholen.

Super Haus

Das Haus ist wundervoll und absolut zu empfehlen!! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Strand liegt nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Vom Garten,Wintergarten und den Schlafzimmern hat man Meeresblick. Es ist sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen und hinterlässt einen sehr gepflegten und liebevollen Eindruck. Sauberkeit und Einrichtung sind tadellos. Es hat uns (6 Personen) an nichts gefehlt. Werde gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Marie-Hélène Massiot

Excellent séjour à Rothéneuf

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée, située à proximité de la plage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, car malgré le temps mitigé nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La véranda extérieure est très agréable car elle permet de profiter pleinement de la vue sur la côte malouine.

Trés bon séjour à Rothéneuf

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans cette maison , trés bien située , à 20 mètres à pied de la plage et à 10 min de Saint Malo intra muros en voiture. La maison est spacieuse et trés fonctionnelle.
