Wonderful on every front - a great place to spend time with family before and after skiing. The kitchen had everything needed to cook together, and the views from the dining room were spectacular.
Our stay in this cabin was more than we had hoped for. It was clean, had room for everyone, and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a store close by for us to buy our food for our stay. It was quiet and had amazing views all around. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to visit again!

We're so glad you had a good time. Eden is a treasure that is for sure!
Ann was super easy to work with and very accommodating. The house was ready, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having space for the kids to play outside after skiing and the board games available in the evening. We are looking forward to coming back.
Great location - felt like we were miles away from everything but we were close enough to go for pizza when we didnt feel like cooking.
But if you want to cook, this is the best-stocked kitchen I've had at a VRBO.
The space was very clean. It was a bit echo-y sometimes, but the open feeling was more than worth it.
Our favourite room was the dining room - it was perfect for playing games together.

We’re so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay!
Beautiful log home, located close to Powder Mountain, just north of Eden. Larger home than the pictures indicate. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Private setting with plenty of outdoor decks and play spaces. One Caution -- if your family uses a TV for movies or games, watching sports, etc., the house has one large TV upstairs, which is not "Smart." You cannot put any Apps (YouTube TV, Netflix, etc.) onto it. I mentioned this to the owner; hopefully she will spend a few dollars and rectify the situation.
The property has an excellent location if you’re skiing Powder Mountain. It needs some attention to details in our opinion. 2 dead battery issues, one operating ceiling fan, one apparently for garage door opener and some minor easily done repairs to bifold doors off track and loose kitchen cabinet hinge. Kitchen pots/pans could use updating. The garage level bedroom/bath had no heat duct evident and was very cold in winter. Despite the above issues, the property did serve our purpose for a 2 week stay with family ranging from 1-78 years. The location for skiers and “good enough “ features would suffice and please many, but it was not up to the standards that we’ve had with other rentals.
The property was in excellent condition and very attractive and ample, with polished pine floors throughout and a very appealing dining area. However, we experienced two leaks -- the first in the main floor bathroom that may have been caused by melting snow and the second in the bunkroom that rendered two of the beds unusable. Also, the property had never been finished. Missing was blocks between the beams to the main floor bedrooms, and any seal at all in the ceiling between the main floor bedrooms which had the effect of opening those rooms to each other as well as the rest of the entire house -- most inconvenient when one is trying to put children to bed before the adults. Because of these problems, I would not recommend this property.

Our property is a log cabin. An upscale log cabin, but a log cabin, nonetheless. It should not be confused with a typical suburban house with sheetrock walls and soundproof rooms. Many of our regulars believe that is why it is so charming.
The leak in the bunkroom was a first. We believe it must have been caused by the unusual amount of snow we received this year. Additional bedding was offered and refused by the guest I spoke with as “unnecessary. It’s not that bad”
This rental gets 5 stars all around. It is well-equipped, clean, comfy, and roomy. The giant dining table is perfect for meals for a larger group. Ann and Robert are accommodating hosts. Lots of nice touches. It was the perfect base to ski at pow mow and we look forward to returning!
I’m hesitant to write this because I want to keep this cabin a secret. We had a wonderful stay! The cabin felt homey to us, had everything we needed to cook for a week, and my favorite the views!!! Their is a view of the beautiful mountains out of each window. Especially the window room, the dining room. I’m not a morning person but I was while we were in the cabin. Watching the sunrise light up the mountains every morning was the best way to start my day. We are already planning a trip back here next year. Thank you Ann for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!
We stayed here for our ski trip at powder Mountain. The house was perfect for our family, and a 4 min drive to Timberline lodge was very convenient.
We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and provided everything we needed to feel at home away from home.

We are the Baxters. We live and work in Utah County. We have a large blended family and bought this lovely cabin as a retreat for our family and for the two of us. We are excited to share it with you!
Why they chose this property
Eden is a charming community tucked in the mountains, but just minutes away from modern amenities. Powder Mountain Ski resort, the largest ski resort in the US by skiable acreage, is just 5 minutes from our front door! Pine View Reservoir is about 10 minutes away and loads of fun in the summer! Wolf Creek is a semi-private golf course located in Eden, at the end of our road.
The cabin is accessed over a private bridge that is 9' wide. Be aware that large boats or trailers might need to be housed elsewhere.
What makes this property unique
Escape to our cozy Eden log cabin—your perfect year-round retreat just minutes from Pineview Reservoir and top ski resorts like Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley. This spacious, open-concept home sleeps 10 and offers rustic charm, scenic views, and all the comforts of home. With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a huge dining space, and a private bridge entrance, it’s ideal for families or groups looking for lake days, powder runs, or a peaceful mountain getaway.
