Cozy 4BD Beach Home-Fenced in PVT Pool & Fire Pit

Under the Beautiful Gulf sky, you can start your morning with the sound of waves drifting in from the shoreline and end it with a quiet moment beside the fire pit as the evening breeze moves through the fenced backyard. Soft coastal light fills the upper-level living area, and two gulf-view decks offer places to pause between unhurried beach days. Here, time settles into an easy rhythm shaped by salt air and the nearby water.

Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house sleeps 8 and is designed to give everyone space to unwind. The ground level includes a bedroom with a daybed and trundle offering two twin beds and convenient access to the pool area. On the mid-level, the master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct entry to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, along with storage and smart TVs. A full bath with double vanities and a tub-shower combo serves this floor.

Outdoor living
You are just 300 steps from the beach, with outdoor spaces that make it easy to shift between the shore and home. The private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, and offers a place to cool off between beach outings. The fenced backyard includes outdoor seating and a fire pit for relaxed evenings, while an outdoor shower provides a simple way to rinse off after the sand. Two decks overlook the Gulf, and the upper deck includes a gas BBQ grill for meals shared outdoors.

Kitchen and dining
The top-floor kitchen, dining, and living area is open and filled with natural light. The kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare meals, along with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stove, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, with four additional bar stools at the counter, offering room for everyone to gather.

Comfort and amenities
Throughout the home, you will find central air conditioning and heat, a window AC unit on the very bottom bedroom with the twin trundle bed, heating, ceiling fans, and high-speed wifi. A free washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, and other essentials are provided. A 75 inch HDTV, a dedicated workspace, and thoughtful family-friendly touches such as a crib, Pack ’n Play, baby safety gates, children’s books, toys, and board games help make stays easy. Exterior security camera which is a Ring doorbell camera overlooking the parking area, support safety without impacting indoor privacy.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two pets with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. The fully fenced backyard offers outdoor space for pets to relax by your side.

Neighborhood
Set within the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home offers nearby beach access along with opportunities for activities such as swimming, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, hiking, cycling, and scenic drives. Local restaurants and coastal destinations including Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas are within easy reach.

Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.


We do not live in the direct area but, I am close enough if there is an emergency.
