🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🚭 An exception is made for the terrace. We ask you not to leave cigarette butts on the ground or in flower pots.



⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.



🧹 Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 120€ will be charged to you.



📝 A digital contract signature as well as your identification document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after your reservation, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations.
