Great Stay

Comfortable, Cozy, and great for family conversations. Short walk to village and slopes. Provide village storage of skis and boots, so no walking in ski boots. Lance and Ted are great.

Great Home

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. Condo layout was perfect for our family. Lance and the rest of the team were very helpful helping to arrange ski rentals, groceries to be delivered, crib to be delivered. Everything was all set when we arrived late in the evening.

Nothing like Vail!

The property was very nice, about a five minute walk to gondola one. gaining access to the unit was a little bit difficult. Lance was quite helpful to expedite the process.

Great home and location

Fabulous trip! The condo was perfect for our family of 10. The home was very comfortable including great room with fireplace, well equipped kitchen and views of Vail mountain and slopes. The private hot tub, close location to Gondola, short walk to vail restaurants and shops, all added to the special experience. The additional amenities for slopeside ski and equipment storage, bathrobes, multiple humidifiers, 2 underground parking spots, were added appreciated benefits. Lance and Ted were super helpful and responsive to questions.

Holiday ski trip

We had two families, ten people. Great view of Vail ski slopes from great room and from hot tub on roof. Short walk to ski slopes, gondola one, and we left our ski equipment near the gondola. Great location on Gore Creek with easy walk to shopping and dinner in Vail Village. Two parking spots with garage access with phone app. Easy access to building and room with key code. Had a great time and would come back.

December getaway

This was the perfect house for us 10 adults during a 4-day ski getaway. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, the location was superb, the house was beautiful with comfortable beds, an on/off fireplace, fully-stocked kitchen and a private hot tub! We only had to call the management team 2x for heating and gate access questions. But they were quick to respond and it was no trouble at all. The extra details were also well appreciated: ski storage for equipment by the main gondola; humidifiers; extra duvets; bathrobes, hair dryers... The hosts thought of everything. Thank you Ted, Lance and team!

great location and size / layout worked well for us. Use of base lockers at Vista Bahn was huge convenience.

A few things to consider. Kitchen has lots of stuff, although some too many of (non-stick pans, tongs) but lacked a cast iron pan for example. Seems like utensils etc. need to be rationalized. Lack of some basic stuff such as wraps, tin foil, laundry detergent was unexpected, would help to know what is there and not there. One of our group ran out of shampoo, should have more. More locked cabinets / closets than I would have expected. Infinity TV did not work on several occasions, not sure why as we do not have this problem all year at our homes. Griddle did not work. Otherwise the place was great. Thanks Steve

Excellent property!

Great view and very good location. It has lots of space and is big enough for two families. We were very impressed with the property managers. Can’t go wrong with this condo for summer or winter in Vail.

A+++ Location, Quality, Design, Furnishings

This condo is excellent in every way. Professionally managed, fantastic location, well designed inside and out, great parking (2 dedicated spaces in a heated garage), ski locker, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We had our family there for a long weekend of skiing. 7 adults. Can't wait to go back.
