Enjoy a private entrance, large open living area perfect to relax with family and friends for the holidays, a work retreat, or with the girls for a night out on the town! This recently updated home is in a quiet subdivision only a short 4 mile drive or Uber ride to the Avalon restaurants and bars including: Marlow’s Tavern, Farm to Ladle, Ted’s Montana Grill, Café Intermezzo, Antico Pizza, Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar, and Cru Food & Wine Bar to name a few!
Two large bedrooms are available to enjoy during your stay (Queen bed and Double futon). The full kitchen will have everything you will need if you choose to cook while you are in town! As well as off-street parking in the driveway.
For those wanting to explore Atlanta, you will be only two miles from GA 400 that brings you into the city.
Well trained, housebroken Dogs are allowed, but must be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick medication and up to date on vaccinations.
For this listing, you will only have access to the basement apartment and other guests maybe upstairs. To access the home, please park in driveway or street and walk around the backyard to the basement entrance
