La Quinta house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was everything that was described! It was close to the La Quinta Resort where we were having a family reunion. We booked it for one of the families who prefer a home rather than a hotel room. The space was perfect for them with plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was very clean and well prepared for their arrival. We also used it for a beautiful family brunch one morning. It was delightful and sat everyone comfortably. The pool close by was used the first day. We would book this house again and recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy with the rental. Thrilled that it is dog friendly. The house is showing some age but has everything a person could need except maybe some extra toilet paper and paper towels. It would have been nice if the house had screens on the windows so we could have had some windows open as the weather was amazing. The rental company is closed on Sundays and since it was a holiday week also on Thanksgiving. We had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and the front desk at the hotel couldn’t help. We also had notes everywhere that garbage day was Thursday so we put the garbage out only to find that it wasn’t picked up on Thanksgiving but the Friday after. This should have been communicated.
