Quiet, clean, and comfortable condo, a convenient play to stay while visiting family in the Horseshoe Bay area. I only used the downstairs living area and bedroom, which were very comfortable. The upstairs looked especially sweet and inviting for children, with twin beds and bunks. The condo was very nicely decorated throughout.I enjoyed the pool on cooler mornings and one evening as the moon was rising. Having it all to myself was a bonus! The host responded quickly whenever I had a question. Would recommend.

Owners were very helpful with advice for the area and communicated well. The condo is steps from the pool, which was nice and quiet. The condo was comfortable and clean -- we used the grill and enjoyed sitting out on the deck, watching the fireworks. Great get away that was very convenient.

Check in was super easy and seamless, the property was as the pictures showed and had everything we needed. Ken and Suzanne were sending messages in the days prior to check in and were timely in response as well. The linens were all clean and towels were provided for shower and pool. The pool was right outside and no one was ever really using it so it felt pretty private for the most part. We enjoyed our first time in horseshoe bay and would return!

Walking distance to Horseshoe Bay Resort hotel facilities, if you have an event to attend there, and much more reasonable than hotel rates.Be advised, there are stone steps to reach entrance to condo that might be difficult for older or handicapped to maneuver. My friend and I, both seniors with bad knees, struggled a bit with luggage. But, once inside everything was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.The hosts are very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable duplex in Horseshoe Bay! The layout was perfect for our family, with a spacious open living area that made it easy to spend time together. The décor was fun, welcoming, and gave the home a great personality.The master bedroom was a highlight—the bed was incredibly cozy and made for a great night’s sleep. Our kids absolutely loved the bunk room! The unique layout and top bunks made it one of their favorite parts of the trip.Overall, this was a comfortable, thoughtfully designed place that felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Horseshoe Bay.
