The cottage is located on the green road of the estuary 4km from Talmont-sur-Gironde, "one of the most beautiful village in France".
A large 2000m2 plot on the edge of the Juliats awaits you.
The cottage has all the comforts "Bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen: with dishwasher, washing machine ...
The living room has a sofa bed and television.
The rooms, one with a large bed of 160/200 and the other two bed 80/180 with linen sheets.
All this in a beautiful decor of sea bort. As our environment "reeds as far as the eye can see."
The beach has 10km no dangeure and fine sand. Several activities around.
The rooms and the water room are on the first floor.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Joëlle, très sympathique, disponible et investie. Le gîte est impeccable : très propre, bien entretenu, très bien équipé, rien ne manque, très bonne literie.Cependant, nous avons été déçus par certains points non précisés clairement dans l’annonce.L’accès au jardin n’est pas direct, et la vue sur l’eau est inexistante : le ruisseau se trouve tout au fond du jardin, assez éloigné du gîte, contrairement à ce que laisse penser l’annonce.L’accès à la cuisine d’été nécessite également une demande de clé.La porte d’entrée donne directement sur une route ; bien qu’on voie cette porte en photo, rien n’indique que la circulation est très dense en journée (en haute saison en tout cas). Heureusement, la nuit est calme.Le plus gros problème concerne l’accessibilité. J’avais signalé la présence de la mère de mon époux, âgée, mais l’escalier intérieur est très raide, avec des marches courtes, difficiles même pour nous. Elle n’a pas pu l’utiliser pour accéder aux toilettes et à la douche. Il y a des W.C (sans douche) en rez-de-chaussée, mais il faut passer par l’extérieur. Sortir la nuit était compliqué et risqué, même avec une lampe torche, car la porte donne directement sur la route, avec peu d’éclairage. Nous regrettons que ces éléments n’aient pas été précisés.Joëlle reste une excellente hôte, mais il est important d’informer les futurs voyageurs, notamment les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite.J'espère que Joëlle comprendra.

Court séjour de 3 jours dans une maison tout confort et joliment décorée. Sur la route du Pineau et village spécialisé dans l'esturgeon et son caviar. Les plages ne sont pas loin
