Kaanapali Alii: Recently-renovated, Platinum-rated, with amazing top floor views

Our family-owned condo was completely renovated in 2023 with top-of-the-line contemporary design elements and features including custom cabinetry, pillow-top mattresses, designer furnishings and décor, as well as high-end appliances. The attention to detail is noted in our coveted “platinum” rating, which is managed and maintained by our fabulous professional in-house property manager, CoralTree, who will ensure a trouble-free stay from beginning to end.

Our 11th floor (top-floor) home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms in over 1500 square feet of space, with spectacular, ever-changing West Maui Mountain views overlooking the Royal Kaanapali golf course below. Enjoy your morning coffee on our 24 foot lanai on the chaise longue, swivel chairs or at the 4-seater patio table, as the sun rises over the mountains.

The principal bedroom has a built-in California-king bed with pillowtop mattress, lots of drawer and closet space, a 55” smart TV, a Sonos speaker, as well as a small work area and access to the expansive lanai for the beautiful morning light. The principal bath includes two sinks and a custom glass shower.

The second bedroom has a built-in queen bed, with a Tempur Sealy mattress, lots of drawer and closet space, a 50” smart TV, and a Sonos speaker with a small work area. Separated from the main living area by a solid, custom-crafted curved wood door, this former den is a fully-enclosed bedroom offering privacy, quiet and cozy sleeping. Adjacent to the second bedroom is a bathroom with two sinks and a shower-tub combination and a closet with a front-loading stacked washer and dryer, two beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

Enjoy evenings in the living room with views of the West Maui Mountains and the 75” smart TV for the best movie nights; the living room also features a desk area, as well as a Sonos speaker and a pile of board games for games night.

Our open plan main living area includes a custom kitchen, appointed with top-of-the-line appliances, and a dining room, which seats six around a locally crafted, custom live-edge dining table. Enjoy prepping your meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee maker, blender, 4-slice toaster, Belgian waffle maker, air popcorn popper, and all the cookware, bakeware, BBQ tools, and utensils you could possibly need.

The Kaanapali Alii is an ocean-front resort located between the Marriott and the Westin on beautiful Kaanapali Beach - a prime destination in Maui and one of the top beaches in the world. The Alii features a fabulous beachfront pool area with two pools, two spas (hot tubs), a kiddie splash pool, four free palapas, and a covered breezeway featuring two large flat-screen TVs to catch up on sports games underway on the mainland. The pool area hosts the wonderful pool and beach staff, who will set you up with fresh towels, as well as free guest wi-fi and free access to Pressreader for all your magazine and newspaper needs. Be sure to plan a dinner at home grilling on our BBQs while watching the sun set over the ocean (and get help from our resident Grillmaster, to make sure it turns out perfectly).

The Alii features three beautiful Australian clay tennis courts (with loaner racquets and balls available at the concierge), and 3000 sq ft state-of-the-art fitness center including access to Alii Wellness Massage services. Parking is free, but you won’t need your car to visit the shops and restaurants at the neighbouring Whaler’s Village and resorts along the beach
The Kaanapali Alii is a hotel zoned property and not subject to Bill 9 restrictions on short-term rentals - so you can book with confidence and look forward to an awesome visit.
