About this property

Stylish GEM in the Desert, Entire House near downtown and UofA, 3BR/2BA.

You are so close to all the action in a very quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to University Of Arizona, less than 2 miles to UMC. Our home is centrally located, less than 10 minutes to I-10. You will be within 10-20 minutes of everything in Tucson. Our home is ready to be your home away from home! We even have a laptop table and chair for your business needs!
Home is about 100 yards from "The loop" bike trail linking to over 100 miles of paved trails throughout Tucson.

Our home has been decorated and equipped just for you or your group. Each room is a private oasis. We have one master suite with a huge walk in closet, King size bed and an ensuite all to yourself. There are two other bedrooms with queen size mattresses and all have access to the second full bathroom. You have 7 in your group? No problem we have a futon in the living room.

We have decked this kitchen out. You have everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. We supply you with 8 plus settings. Our table will comfortably fit 6 although if you have 8 we have a leaf you can put in.

We have a spacious outdoor space fully equipped with an outdoor patio set, BBQ and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The backyard is illuminated by stylish string lights.

We also have an on-site washer and dryer for your use (no charge). Laundry soap is included.

Don't worry about packing toiletries as we have provided you with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Leave your hairdryer at home. We have two hairdryers for you to use so you don't have to bring yours in your luggage.

We have a beautiful 50 inch mounted Smart TV in the living room. Enjoy access to favorite streaming media accounts via a strong WiFi signal throughout the house.
The Master bedroom has a mounted 43 inch Smart TV as well.

High Chair, Pack and Play and children's toys also available as an upgrade.

Very comfortable and clean. Very easy to lock and unlock door. Rooms are spread out so very quiet. Neighborhood pretty quiet for a city. House and kitchen very well equipped. There were some books on area attractions. Owner made a cute notebook of rules and restaurants, etc.The owner was very responsive. Checked in with us via email to ensure everything was ok. Loved the back patio for dinner.

We had the best time at this sweet spot in Tucson! Close to downtown and trails, the house was spotless and had all the necessary amenities including a secluded back yard and an open concept kitchen and dining room for meals and spending quality time. The host was very communicative and accessible, and entry/exit instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved it! Would recommend…5/5 stars!

We spent a weekend at this location and what a great location it is! A relatively quiet neighborhood with a great place to stay. The house was more than what we bargained for with great space in the three bedrooms, and an very spacious back yard with a relaxing ambiance!! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!!

Amazing accommodations

We were visiting my oldest daughter at UofA and were so happy with everything about this place! It was clean with gorgeous decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely reserve it again for future visits to Tucson. The location is perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and quick as well.

Thoughtful touches

There are so many thoughtful touches from the time you arrive until you leave. The house is really cute, clean and was great to have 3 bedrooms. It’s really close to campus and downtown so it was very convenient for our purposes. Would definitely stay here again

This rental property is in great shape. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. We made breakfast one morning and were able to find all the cookware and cooking utensils we needed. We also had the option of a K-pod or traditionally brewed coffee. There were too many mosquitos to enjoy the lovely outdoor patio due to all the rain, but hopefully we can get outside next time if we get to go back during a dry spell. The host is also very hospitable and communicative - all around an enjoyable experience.

Very comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and Nidia was quite hospitable. The only draw back is the road construction in the area can be difficult to maneuver at night. Should we return to Tucson we would definitely return to this property.

great visit with daughter

The visit to Tucson went very well. It was a short trip, but we had a lot of fun. We enjoy visiting Tucson to see my daughter at UA. The fire pit in the backyard was a great treat and a way for her to bring her friends over and enjoy smores. The house is pretty close and convenient to the UA campus and also had a grocery store super close to get supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Truly Enjoyable

All points of interest were easily accessible from the house. It was large and comfortable enough for our whole family inside and in the garden. Communication with the host was pleasant and requests and questions were handeled or answered immediately. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils and condiments etc. Our stay was truly enjoyable.

I was born in Mexico and my family immigrated to the United States when I was a child and one of my proudest moments was when I became a citizen of the United States right here in Tucson!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary in 2024 and we are the proud parents of two beautiful kids. One is going to college and the other graduated in 2020 from UofA as a registered nurse and works at a local hospital.

Besides being fluent in English and Spanish, I also speak some Japanese.

My motto: This is the land of dreams, One dream at a time!
