Welcome to Beachview Cottage & Carriage House, a stunning retreat just off the Gulf, offering breathtaking Gulf views from all floors. This exquisite property seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living with its charming porches, courtyard spaces, and a thoughtfully designed floor plan perfect for family gatherings.
First Floor: Enter through the soaring foyer that leads to four guest bedrooms:
• Guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with two separate single vanities, and a walk-in shower
• 2nd guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower
• Guest bedroom with two twin beds – would use the shared bathroom with the bunk room featuring a double vanity and large walk-in shower
• Bunk room featuring a twin over full – would use the shared bathroom with the twin room featuring a double vanity and large walk-in shower
Second Floor: The main living space opens up on the second floor, complete with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool area, providing marvelous views of the Gulf. The master bedroom on this floor boasts a king bed, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Additionally, there's a convenient half bath and a staircase leading to the third-floor crows nest, which offers panoramic Gulf views.

Family time at Rosemary Beach

I liked being the second from the beach. House was perfect in size and accessories for the family. I was impressed with the alarm due to the pool. But was irritating, too. Great location to the little town of Rosemary and good restaurants. I felt like the office cd have had a Hospitality basket with goodies and list of places to eat and shop. Not everyone has been in Rosemary. Just an idea.

Great time but not worth the price

Rosemary Beach is not the community it used to be. Developers have bought into the HOA and it shows. Services are lacking, properties are worn and the insane price we paid was not meet with the level of service, cleanliness or concern expected. Our family time was amazing but we will not return to Rosemary Beach. Overly commercialized haven for twenty somethings, not the jewel it was a decade ago. Sad.
