Villa 2 steps from the Ionian Sea, in the Salento, with a garden and private cou

Our cottage by the sea is in Salento, San Pietro in Bevagna, Chidro area, 200 meters from one of the most beautiful seas in Italy!
The rooms are spacious, well appointed and spotless!
There are 3 bedrooms, all with double bed, in two of these there is also a single bed.
Each room has a wardrobe, ceiling fans.
The kitchen is complete, with less than 2 refrigerators, oven and a nice table!
The porch is very spacious and is the ideal place to enjoy a cool lunch with friends and family.
The bathroom, very large, has a bath and shower. Other 2 showers are in the garden.
The house has a courtyard with 2 car spaces and is crowned by a garden with trees where enjoy the shade on summer days. In the garden can be a barbeque.
The apartment is a private, not a B & B as such is not served breakfast.
They are provided bedding and bath towels.
Access visitors
Guests have full access to the entire house. Since it is also our beach house you will also find our items (clothes, towels etc) that we keep stored in the cabinets and in the shed in the garden.
Interaction with guests
During your stay we will (unfortunately) very far. For this they help some friends of San Pietro (x and y, cell) that will welcome you and, if necessary, can help you and give you all the tips to enjoy the house.
Other things to Highlight
The running water in the home is taken from a well-spring in the yard. So it is always very fresh and pleasant, but not drinkable. It can then be used for every need but not drinking or cooking. For these purposes, you can go to the nearby fountains and fill the containers available in the house.
Area
The sea is only 300 meters, but the off-center of the house allows a great tranquility. Not far away are the Nature Reserve Chidro and the Natural Reserve of Salina Monks.
The beach is free, great, long a couple of kilometers.
Near the house is open 7 days 7 during the summer a small shopping center, butcher shop, bar, tobacco.
From the house are easily accessible now very famous areas of Salento, from cities like Gallipoli and Lecce to the beaches of the south, such as the caves Zinzulusa, etc etc
Transportation
The nearest town is Avetrana, shortly after is Manduria. The nearest airport is Brindisi, about an hour's drive.
Public transport is not particularly comfortable.
