Walk two blocks to the center of the town of Folly Beach to stroll through local shops and markets*, have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants, walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment along Center Street. Charleston Oceanfront Villas 114 - By The Sea, is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo that is in the perfect location for your family vacation.
The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room with coastal décor, all with lovely ocean views. Everyone can be together while relaxing watching their favorite shows, having meals or playing cards at the dining table, or cooking up some family favorites. The living room leads out onto the oceanfront balcony where you can relax and take in the sound of the waves, as well as the views of the beach and pier. Dining table has seating for 6 people and the bar has additional seating for 4 guests.
The oceanfront primary suite has a king bed, TV, and a full, private bathroom ensuite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Wake up to relaxing scenes of the ocean and use your private access to the oceanfront balcony. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with access to the third full, private bathroom ensuite. High quality linens and bath towel sets provided.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
