Without a doubt, one positive aspect is that the beach and the city center can be reached from the apartment within just a few minutes.Unfortunately, the apartment itself is in an overall very run-down condition and has numerous defects. Among other things, we found a trail of ants in one of the bedrooms, which was obviously a chronic problem, as there was an inadequate trap in the room. There are also various notices, some of which can be seen in the photos, warning guests about what must not be done to prevent pieces of furniture, such as the mirrored bathroom cabinet, from being damaged or catching fire. One of the windows cannot be properly closed. Ultimately, the promised air conditioning was broken and had been replaced by a single old fan. We accepted all of this and did not complain. What was extremely disappointing and unexpected, however, was that after we returned home, the landlord claimed that a particular item of damage was new and had been caused during our stay. In all our many previous rental experiences, it has never happened to us that we were accused of damaging something, especially not in an apartment with so many pre-existing defects. Be careful.

The maintenance points mentioned are taken seriously and are addressed whenever identified or reported. Regarding the alleged damage, a formal review is currently being conducted through the Abritel platform in accordance with its procedures. For this reason, it would be inappropriate for me to comment further until the process is completed. After more than 10 years of renting this property through major vacation rental platforms, and having received only positive reviews without any similar situation arising, I remain confident that the facts will be assessed objectively. As always, I remain committed to providing guests with a pleasant stay and to resolving any concerns in a fair and transparent manner
