It will seduce you by its location, its charm, its decoration.
This hiring of 120 m ², 5 people plus possibility of a sixth, represents all the comfort that one can wish in holidays with its spaces, its equipments and its details which will enchant you.
The large day room with open kitchen (Lv, Mo, fridge, freezer, piano 5 fires, hood)
Side rest, evocation of travel, large flat screen, fireplace, sofa, pouf ... everything is cozy ... and exotic. Large bay window overlooking a covered terrace (plancha) and swimming pool (5 x 10 meters), is equipped with two garden furniture.
Bedroom 1: 140 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout curtains.
Bedroom 2: "boats" bed in 120, wardrobe, sheer curtains at the window.
Bedroom 3: bed 160, desk, chest 4 drawers in bottom of bed, net curtain (possibility for the 6th bed)
These three bedrooms have excellent bedding and shutters

We stayed for 3 weeks with 2 children (7 and 8 years old). We can definitely recommend, if you want a quiet family getaway, far from it all.The house is a charming rural cottage, 15-20 minutes outside of Montauban. It has everything you need and is clean. We like to mention that the kitchen was better equipped than we expected from the advertisement.The garden is huge and beautiful and the swimming pool is great. There's even a small fridge in the house next to it.The owner is very kind and helpful (and speaks French and Spanish). He responded quickly and friendly to all our questions. He regularly inspects the quality of the swimming pool water, but in such a way that it's not intrusive at all.There are big super markets (Leclerc, Auchan, etc.) close by, in the north of Montauban (15-20 min. drive).There's enough to do in the surroundings (zip lining, aquapark, villages/ towns, etc.) to keep the family entertained. But we enjoyed the quiet days near the swimming pool a lot :-)

Quirky but characterful villa built in the local style with an overhanging roof to help keep it cool. This definitely made a difference in very hot weather. Air con helped to make very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped and there is a bbq outside. The pool is lovely with an automatic system to keep it clean. There are various noodles and lilos to play with in the pool, plus a table tennis table and badminton net. The boulanger at meribel sells fruit and veg, and some meats in addition to bread. The nearest big supermarket is a LeClerc on the outskirts of montauban. Only 20 minutes.Regis was a very helpful host who will guide you to the best markets and provide other local knowledge if you ask him.

Fantastische beleving!!

Erg aardige eigenaren, spreken weinig Engels maar met de mobiel en vertaling ging het goed. Wij waren met twee jong volwassenen. Super zwembad voor privé gebruik, erg leuk ingericht poolhuis met koelkast. Woning uitermate compleet ingericht en grote slaapkamer. In de omgeving voldoende te bezichtigen kort om wij hebben genoten!! Zou zo weer gaan volgend jaar. Erg veel privacy

Belle petite pause à la campagne. Bons hôtes et bons fruits et boissons de bienvenue. A voyagé en couple. Un bon endroit pour se détendre.

Cadre idéal pour se reposer

Regis est un hôte attentionné et discret. Le gîte est très bien entretenu et tout le confort nécessaire y est pour passer d'excellentes vacances.
