We stayed at Under the Sun on Long Island and had a excellent time.

Make sure to get out fishing with Francis and his son Charlie, one of the coolest experiences we ever had. Thanks again Cathy, Francis and Charlie.

Amazing Place and People

My wife and I, stayed here for our honey moon 9 days to be exact. Mrs Cathy and Her family are amazing people they made us feel like family. Can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. Will be back for sure.

Nice people, nice place

A good place to stay. Very clean and well furnished, good kitchen. Central to the island so that North, South and middle are easy to get to. The little restaurant downstairs in the store is very handy and well done. Even had goat cheese pizza and non-gluten breads. I especially appreciated the staff who made me feel welcome. Cathy, the owner, is delightful and helpful. Francis, her husband and co-owner, was also helpful when my rental car wouldn't start. I am sorry I didn't go on a boat trip with him, either exploring or fishing. The staff in the restaurant and store are also helpful and warm. They even made me coffee one afternoon when I wandered in after they were closed.
