Tracy – 5 Stars!Huge thanks to Tracy for her exceptional help with our reservation. She was professional, responsive, and made our booking process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail really stood out – thank you, Tracy!Lifestyle Resort – 3 StarsThe resort is large and well-maintained, we loved the beachside cabanas & luxury of ordering food & drinks delivered, multiple pools with swim-up bars, and food/drink spots throughout. It kept our two families busy during our 4-night stay. However, the room experience was poor – it smelled of mold, had cockroaches and ants, and despite complaints, no real solution was offered. Staff even suggested fumigating with our belongings inside, without offering an alternate room. There was no way to escalate our concerns. Food & Drinks were disappointing: bland, lacked basic flavours and were not cooked to perfection, repetitive & low quality. Drinks were weak & they served only local brands, Red Label is considered top-shelf and was limited to one bar that closed early.Specialty dining was a hassle – confusing reservation process requiring daily early-morning walks between lobbies. No digital or phone options, which made it unnecessarily difficult during a vacation.Service was generally warm, though many staff struggled with English. The worst part was a concierge named Juana T, who tried to charge us for an extra night post-checkout – unprofessional and upsetting. While the resort has potential, it needs major improvements
