Each house consists of an independent entrance, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 American kitchen, 1 large living room and above all a spectacular sea view .
La Maison Bleue has a very large terrace perfect watching the sunset on the gulf,having dinner, or sunbath .This house is decorated with the colours of the Mediterranean sea.
A perfect place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday as a couple, family or friends!
Both houses were renovated in 2023 and are equipped with all comforts (Smart TV, CD, hairdryer, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, satellite, ceramic hob, electric shutters, parking space) and heating.
Located on a plot of 2300 m2 on the heights of Tiuccia (southern Corsica) it has a panoramic view of the gulf of Sagone.

Agréables vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison qui se trouve en hauteur de la ville, avec une très belle vue sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans la maison, elle est très fonctionnelle. Elle est bien décorée, comme une maison de famille au bord de mer. De très belles plages et promenades sont accessibles en quelques minutes de voiture. Une supérette très pratique se trouve dans le village.

+ Sehr gute Ausstattung, nett eingerichtet, traumhafte Aussicht, schöner Balkon - Sauberkeit war für uns okay, aber nichts für Sauberkeitsfanatiker Noch ein kleiner Hinweis: Wer gerne zu Fuß zum Strand möchte, sollte ziemlich sportlich sein, die ca. 800 m Rückweg den Berg rauf haben es in sich.

Schöner Ausblick, leider sehr schmutzig und Inventar teilweise alt und kaputt

Wir haben 2 Wochen im September in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön und die Sonnenuntergänge einfach toll. Leider war die Ferienwohnung in keinem guten Zustand. Im einem Zimmer fehlte eine Hälfte der Gardinenstange und eine Gardine, die Dusche war verschimmelt, der Kühlschrank, der Mülleimer und die Terrasse waren dreckig und es waren schimmelige Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, auch unter den Schränken in der Küche und hinter der Toilette wurde länger nicht sauber gemacht. Die Toilettenspülung in einer der Toiletten lief die ganze Zeit und wir mussten nach jeder Spülung den Absperrhahn zudrehen ( zu dem Problem wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine Klempner gibt, die den Schaden reparieren könnte ) Auf dem Balkon stand eine kaputte Holzbank und 2 kaputte Plastikstühle, was nicht ungefährlich war, weil meine Freundin sich beim draufsetzen fast verletzt hätte. Der Garten war total verwildert und nicht gepflegt und die Krönung waren die Toilettenbürsten, die so verschmutzt waren, dass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten. Nach einem Telefonat mi der Vermieterin wurden uns nach 6 Tagen neue gebracht. Bei diesem Telefonat habe ich auch die anderen Mängel angesprochen, wobei mir nahe gelegt wurde mir doch eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen, wenn es mir nicht gefällt. Immerhin brauchten wir die gebuchte Bettwäsche und die Entreinigung nicht bezahlen. Ich hätte mir einen anderen Umgang mit den Problemen gewünscht und denke bei dem Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, kann man eine saubere und intakte Wohnung erwarten. Der Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns ein wenig entschädigt.

Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Golfu di Liscia

Wir waren Anfang September für eine Woche zu zweit hier. Das Feriendomizil liegt am oberen Ortsrand von Tiuccia und besteht aus einer Doppelbungalowhälfte bestehend aus 3 Zimmern, einem Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche und 2 Schlafzimmern, eins davon mit einem Doppelbett, das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten. Der Wohnbereich ist nett eingerichtet, wurde von uns aber kaum genutzt. Eine nach Westsüdwest ausgerichtete, überdachte Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Mittelmeer und abends (im September) auf herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Seitlich vom Haus gab es die Möglichkeit, auf einem Holzkohlegrill zu grillen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief völlig problemlos, Check-in und Check-out waren reibungs- und (Coronakrisen-bedingt) kontaktlos. Wir empfanden, dass die Sauberkeit in Küche, Bad und auf der Terrasse noch Verbesserungspotential gehabt hätte. Da wir nachts stets bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen, wurden wir von kleinen Mücken-ähnlichen Plagegeistern heimgesucht, deren Stiche sich auch nach einer Woche noch bemerkbar machten, die ansonsten für uns aber unsichtbar blieben und deswegen nicht "bekämpft" werden konnten. Da die Unterkunft recht weit oben liegt, ist die Anreise mit einem Auto sicher sinnvoll, das auch direkt am Haus geparkt werden kann. Von hier aus kann man auch sehr leicht sehr schöne Strände (Liamone oder Santana Beach) erreichen. Unten im Ort gibt es einen guten Bäcker, einen Metzger und an der Tankstelle einen kleinen Einkaufsladen für das Nötigste. Für größere Einkäufe macht es vielleicht Sinn, den 10km entfernten SuperU auf dem Weg nach Vico anzusteuern, der nochmal besser ausgestattet ist als der SPAR in Sagone. Unterm Strich können wir dieses Feriendomizil wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub an der Westküste von Korsika

Wir (2 Personen) waren eine Woche zu Gast bei Celine, eine wunderbare Vermieterin. Das Appartment liegt an einem Hang mit großartigem Blick über die Bucht von Sagone. Die Einrichtung ist maritim und sehr geschmackvoll, so dass es sich wohlfühlen lässt. Die Fenster verfügen alle über elektrische Rolläden, die auch tagsüber für die Regulierung der Temperaturen gut einsetzen können. Die Terrasse verfügt über bequeme Liegen und eine Sitzgruppe. Die Matrazen in den Schlafräumen sind neu und konfortabel. Alles im allen, eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Gerne möchten wir wieder dort eine paar Tage Urlaub verbringen.

On ne s'est pas senti bien dans cette location

On a eu du mal à trouver le lieu, on a appelé un contact qui n'est pas la propriétaire et on nous a dit que c'était ouvert, encore fallait-il savoir quelle porte ! C'était la "maison bleue". On a dû commencer par faire le ménage : toiles d'araignée au coin des murs, insectes pris dans les toiles (merci les araignées). La nuit, on avait u mal à dormir à cause des grignotements incessants des rongeurs. On a quand même réussi à faire sortir une souris. L'accès à la location est un peu stressant : ce qui sert de route est très étroit et très pentu (quasiment 700 mètres en première avec notre petite voiture). Cela dit, à part le poteau électrique, la vue est magnifique. La vaisselle n'est pas dans des placards fermés, il n'y a que des rideaux sous les plans de travail. On a lavé tout ce que nous avons utilisé. Côté équipement, l'annonce est tout à fait conforme, pas de souci la-dessus. L'annonce précise qu'une voiture est recommandée, nous pensons qu'elle est indispensable, on ne peut rien faire à pied. Il est également préférable de prévoir des boules Quies pour la nuit à causee des rongeurs, désolé mais nous ne sommes pas habitués à ces colocataires.

Excellent place to explore west coast

Schöner Blick aufs Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und der Balkon ist schön groß. Tiuccia an sich ist etwas verschlafen gewesen Ende Mai, aber vielleicht liegt das an der Vorsaison. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wonderful!

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the bay. When we managed to find it (there are no street name signs) we liked the apartment very much, and a small beach ist only a few minutes by foot away (as is a small store für food etc.) The Bay offers very nice beaches which can be quickly reached by car.

Woning was wel OK, maar erg eenvoudig, er was geen comfortabele stoel of bank in de woonkamer.

De woning miste toch wel wat comfort, met name die ontbrekende stoelen / bank in woonkamer. Uitzicht op zee is aardig, niet spectaculair. Het dorpje Tiuccia heeft echt niets te bieden, vergane glorie. Dus altijd in de auto en een stuk rijden om iets te zien, ligging is niet ideaal. De planten / tuin rondom worden niet verzorgd.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder, 6 und 7 Jahre) hatten hier zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen! Die Lage und Umgebung ist wunderschön, das Haus hat alles Nötige und der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich sensationell. Sehr angenehm war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Celine. Sie antwortet immer sehr schnell, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Haus hinauf wirkt fahrerisch anspruchsvoll (schmal und kurvig), ist ab dem zweiten Tag aber kein Problem mehr. Zum Strand von Tiuccia (Kieselstrand, sehr sauber) sind es acht Gehminuten, zurück etwas mehr wegen der Steigung. Es lohnt sich! Tipp: Bei einem kühlen korsischen Rosé oder Kastanienbier vom Balkon aus dem Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer zuschauen. Phantastisch! Wir haben aber auch die (späten) Frühstücke mit leckeren Croissants auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Fazit: wir sind begeistert! Und sehr erholt. Und vielleicht.... kommen wir mal wieder. ;-)

Gute Lage, schöner Ausblick

Schönes Haus und nette Besitzer. Leider hatten wir am Anfang nichts bequemes zu sitzen. Wir haben Celine darauf angesprochen und am nächsten Tag hatten wir zwei neue Liegestühle:-) diese werden jeden nach uns zufrieden stellen... die Wärme von draußen staut sich ziemlich im Haus so dass es sehr warm ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Vu superbe sur la mer! Séjour sympathique dans cette petite station balnéaire de Tiuccia. La maison correspond bien à l'annonce présenté. Un éclairage sur la terrasse et une petite climatisation lors des soirées très chaudes serait un plus pour cette maison! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Probablement la plus belle vue de Tiuccia !!

Tout a été parfait lors de notre séjour: l'accueil, le lieu, la maison... Nous étions 4 dont deux ados et nous avons adoré la baie de Sagone. Il y a tout, la mer et la rivière, des paysages à couper le souffle(Piana, Scandola,...) et tous les soirs un coucher de soleil magnifique depuis la terrasse 😍😍 Nous reviendrons ! Merci
