House was as described. It was well equipped in the kitchen and rooms. Bikes were available to add to stay, we didn’t add them since we stayed only three nights, but they were on the back yard. You had to pay for them to be unlocked to use. Description didn’t mention beach equipment, so we brought our own, but there was a cooler and two beach chairs (a bit older) and an umbrella on the patio (we didn’t use them). There was a tent in the storage in the back yard. Game room was great! We played most of the games. Living room was comfy and dinning table was large to accommodate a large group. I didn’t like plastic, anti-spill mattress covers on beds, they were making load noise when you tried to move. I understand a purpose, but you can find better ones. Neighborhood was small and quiet, easy to get in and out, pool was cold, not heated in March. Overall we were happy with our stay and we would definitely come back and stay there again. Instructions were clear and communication with host and management was great!

Great Family Vacay Spot

Perfect vacation getaway for our extended family to come together! Enough space for everyone to spread out (and even get alone time), comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, and great gathering areas! The game room was a huge bonus loved by all, especially since we did not have the best weather during our stay! With just a quick drive across the main highway and short walk from parking, the beautiful white sand beach was perfect!

A great stay near Rosemary

This home was perfect for our needs.We chose this property for its very reasonable price, considering the size of the property. The game room on the second floor was a bonus. Overall we were very satisfied with the house. The location/neighborhood was not too far from 30A and Rosemary. Having direct access to both 30A and 98 was great. Crossing 98 wasn't ideal, but considering beach access was just down the street made it worth it. Would definitely book this property again.

Great place to unwind!

The property was easy to locate and easy to access. Inlet Beach is a hidden gem. It is a beautiful area. The house was perfect for our family and the ages of our children. We enjoyed the beach all day and relaxed in the evening with games of ping pong, movies, and video games.

Great Vacation!

The house was exactly as advertised. Our kids loved the game room and bunk beds. Location was very convenient being across the street from the beach. Restaurants and shops just down the road in Rosemarie and Seacrest. Great place, great experience, great memories created! Will definitely come back!

Cozy Home for Big Family

We are 8 with kids ranging from an infant all the way up to adult with every age range in between. This house was great because it had toys for my 4 and 6 year old and a game room for my teens. It had a nice comfortable outdoor enclosed patio to hang out. The neighborhood was quiet with a pool. Overall, very nice place to stay. Will stay again!

This property was a great price in a super nice area. It fit all of us perfect. Wish it had some beach accessories like chairs or umbrella and also wish they provided more than just a starter kit of soap and trash bags. The game room was perfect for the kiddos and the house had everything we needed for a nice vacation. It’s about a three minute drive to the beach and close to shopping as well as the tourist spots (Rosemary, big chill, beach bean, etc). There are plenty of beach supplies in the house and kind of regret having packed so much. Neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors were polite and courteous. Management company is also very responsive and we didn’t have any issues communicating. We would stay here again.

Very cute house in small community with pool. How’s was just as expected from the listing. Kitchen could use some new amenities such as flatware, plates, bowls, pans and is not stocked with any starter cooking essentials like salt/pepper/oil/foil - bring it all!
