Our home is named "Kia Ora" which is the Maori (Native New Zealander) word for "a welcome and good health to you" like the word "Namaste".

This home is nestled in the Cove of Hidden Valley and includes a private ground floor entrance with off-street parking for 2 cars, a secluded hot tub, a gazebo and a private bbq.
NOTE - unlike comparable rentals, we have a ground floor, ABOVE ground private wooded entrance. No reason to go stay underground like a rabbit in the dark!
We have a full-size pool table, an air hockey table, ping pong, Ms PackMan, FoosBall, Dart Board(s), poker, basketball hoop and bar. This 1,500 sq.ft. space has a fully-equipped kitchenette, 2 large bedrooms with a view (think passing deer, and an awesome sunset), with a sleep number bed and a pillow top in the other. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds and 2 extra trundle beds. We also have a futon couch converting into a bed.
There is a ski/snowboard gear drying room, with a boot / helmet dryer. The lounge has a granite top bar and 2 fridges, an ice maker, office space and wifi. The bathroom has a kid-friendly tub, a double vanity with glass vessel sinks and ADA / elderly-friendly handrails. The living room has a fireplace, a futon couch and an awesome foot massager for after those fun, exhausting ski days. There's also a drop leaf table in the living room, that expands out to allow 8-10 people to dine at the same time. There is also an Air Hockey Table that converts into a Ping Pong Table. Then, relax in the hot tub, looking up at the stars and watching our resident deer wandering. There are also FREE private laundry facilities with a large capacity washer and dryer, with available laundry soap and dryer sheets. There is also an ironing board and iron. Necessities and complimentary toiletries are provided including soft towels, hot tub towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, washcloths, lotion, and a hairdryer and flat iron.
The kitchenette is fully stocked with a coffee maker, a Keurig, a tea brewer, blender, pots, pans, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, medium-capacity Kitchenaid oven, dual burner, smart-touch induction burner, 2 dorm refrigerators, ice cream maker, toasted sandwich maker, automatic rice cooker and hopefully anything else you need. KITCHEN STAPLES: We provide Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate along with Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt & Pepper, Sugar, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, and Maple Syrup. We like to cook and likely have what you're looking for.
The space is spacious for 6 guests, and great for up to 8 guests. There is a keypad entrance so you can check-in just about whenever you need without having to contact us. We are "2 stop-signs" from Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts...20 mins from the airport, 5 minutes to Little Cottonwood, 10 minutes to Big Cottonwood.
Our cleaners have been Covid-19 Vaccinated and our space is fully disinfected and ozone treated between guests.
We also have 2 sets of snowshoes available, please just email or text me your request. Also, when there's no snow on the ground, we have tennis rackets available for your use. There is a free court available in our neighborhood, about a 5 mins walk from the house. We also have racquetball rackets, and basketball, and 2 mountain bikes. Though you'll have to convince Ken that you're a proficient rider before he lends you his new baby LOL.

***Note - we have baby-sitting services I personally vouch for, a Nanny with over 30 years of experience, on-call, available nights and weekends. She is CPR first aid certified.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive use of the hot tub, bbq, gazebo, patio and entire 1,500 sq.ft guest suite. Our property is over 1/2 acre, and close to the base of Little Cottonwood - 20 mins driver to Snowbird and Alta (summertime). The space you are renting has a private entrance on the ground floor, above ground, (NOT a basement) and has off street parking.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a 1,500 sq.ft. guest suite in our home, that encompasses the entire above ground, ground floor. The floor plan is extremely spacious - you won't be cramped!
