Newly remodeled gorgeous single-story home on a private corner lot, bright and open, perfect for any family to relax and have an energy-filled vacation. Close to shopping, spring training, ASU, thriving downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, and everything Phoenix has to offer. Pool, putting green, 3 car garage, large driveway for extra parking. The home has a split floor plan to help separate parents and kids or multiple families.

If you need a vehicle while in town check out my Turo which can be delivered to you at the airport (Skyharbor or Mesa/Phoenix Gateway) or will be at the home for you! Two vehicle options Tesla Model Y Performance and 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid Platinum Edition.

This property has it all! The pool is clean and exceptionally inviting. All appliances are new and clean. Furniture is in great shape and comfortable. The location is outstanding. Close to great restaurants and lots of walking opportunities, including the Riparian Park.

The home is beautiful and well stocked. There are multiple games and activities for people of all ages. The property manager was very responsive and provided valuable advice for attractions and restaurants. The pool was exceptional; warm clean and well kept.
