Easy parking, great location, cute decor, gorgeous town. But had to supply our own toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and pay a lot extra (5 euros per hour) to use the heating.

Location is excellent and parking a bonus. Coffee pods for Kuerig included which was a nice touch. Two issues: place was not ready when we arrived. There was food in the kitchen that was not ours. We waited about 10 minutes for the host to arrive for check in and then they had to return as they had forgotten to bring sheets and towels. Not a huge deal but the only place I have ever made up my own bed. Second was that there was no heat. This is a ground floor apartment and in September it was cold. When I asked about it we were told that it was shut off and that, even if it was on, the heat was not included in the contract. I think that needs to be very clear in the description of the property

Great location, very cozy apartment on the ground floor.

The apartment is very spacious, lots of storage space. There are views towards the mountains from the living room, very convenient to check the weather on Cima Tofana and motivate you to get out and enjoy the Dolomites trails. The beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms. There is a murphy bed in one of the bedrooms, very smart use of the space. The bathrooms were very clean, and the shower in the master bedroom was super modern and with many jet options that were relaxing to use after long 12 hour hikes. Air conditioning is extra pay, but the bedroom windows had mosquito nets and the night were cold enough, so air conditioning is not really needed. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, stove and microwave. We would have liked to have some spices provided, would be a nice touch, just the basics, nothing fancy but would go a long way for guest satisfaction. Linen and towels are provided at extra cost, check with owner. Maybe that could be included? Again just a touch that goes a long way towards guest satisfaction. Barbara welcomed us at the bus station, and drove us to the apartment. Much appreciated! She was very easy to get a hold of and communication was perfect! We had a great time in the apartment, would definitely recommend to others. Would love to return some time in the future!

Tolle Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung is sehr schön aufgebaut und gibt es alle nötige Sachen. Das Check-in war reibungslos funktioniert und gibt es noch einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist in Zentrale Lage mit alle möglichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Und die Aussicht von die Fenstern is so schön dass du willst die Wohnung nicht verlassen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung. Es hat fast alles gepasst. In der Ausschreibung zur Wohnung sollte aber zusätzlich angemerkt werden, dass man für Heizung zusätzlich zahlen muss und dass kein w-Lan zur Verfügung steht. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal auf die Wohnung zurück.

Strange rental, but good experience

This is a bit of a strange rental, but I had a good experience overall. Everything was clean, location is great, and the host kindly picked me up from the bus stop. The apartment is strange because there is no wifi, and the host charges extra for standard items like sheets and heating even though these items are said to be included in the listing.

Lage ist sehr gut, Zentrumsnah aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kein WLAN..geht gar nicht!!! Mit wenig Auffwand könnte aussen eine Bank stehen und ein Tisch.

Appartamento molto accessoriato e vicino al centro

Il soggiorno è stato più che positivo. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione comodissima, a cinque minuti dal centro e a pochi passi dai negozi di alimentari di Verocai. È molto accessoriato (lavastoviglie, forno normale e a microonde, bollitore, macchina per il caffè espresso e tanto altro) e i proprietari si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili e gentili. Pratica, su richiesta e con un piccolo sovrapprezzo, la possibilità di avere lenzuola e asciugamani, mentre per quanto riguarda il bagno uno è munito di un’ampia vasca che può essere utilizzata anche come idromassaggio e l’altro di doccia con getti massaggianti e sauna.

Ottima vacanza

L’affitto della proprietà è andato bene , i proprietari sono due persone precise puntuali e molto simpatici . La Casa era in perfette condizioni , molto bella e funzionale , ad un passo dal Centro di Cortina D’ampezzo . Non mi è piaciuto il comportamento della Società che si occupa della gestione dell’affitto , la Quale non mi ha mai fornito il telefono della Proprietaria , e anzi durante gli scambi di messaggi tra me e la proprietaria ha criptato i numeri di cellulare . Comunque , grazie alla cordialità e gentilezza dei proprietari , siamo riusciti a contattarli per prendere un appuntamento per avere le chiavi dell’appartamento .

Convenient and good location for a daomily

There was some initial confusion about whether linens were provided (website said they were, owners said they weren’t) but they owner took care of our concerns quickly(and got us linens). Ah lso the website said it had beds for 4 but 2 were small singe beds more appropriate for children. It would be a perfect space for 2 adults with 1-2 children. Location was excellent with good parking. Owners were very responsive . U
