You have your own private driveway, and parking spot. The back yard opens to privacy, and greenspace.
There is a communial pool that is open for the warmer months for your use, just a 5-minute walk..
Wildlife often roams through the garden.. Deer, turtles, etc.
The apartment is comfortable with plenty of room ..Living room / Full bathroom/ 2 bedrooms/ huge walk-in closet. A well stocked seperate kitchenette, with table and chairs to eat and prepare food.

Fayetteville

The Cozy apartment is terrific. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and the kitchenette is very nice. Our host was attentive and checked in to make certain we were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Fayetteville Ga.

So cute!

This property was so cute and we felt very cozy in the basement. Super comfortable bed and a great shower. Very private despite being in a home where someone lives.

Totally worked for our needs

I needed a place to stay with my high-school-aged son who was doing a week-long camp at Trilith Studios. This property is the basement apartment in a single-family house in a residential neighborhood. The entry is around the back of the house, with parking for a single car in pinestraw. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, towels, etc. Everything was clean. Be aware that there is no real kitchen or kitchen sink, so the bathroom sink is the only place to wash out water bottles, etc. Fridge and microwave are small (no real freezer). There's no washer/dryer. But, if you don't need those things, it was a perfectly comfortable place to spend five nights. And Lynette was helpful and easy to contact.

Hi Leena. It does state in listing, and pics show, a well stocked kitchenette. I did inform you there is a washing up bowl, detergent, tea towel etc, at your disposal if you needed it. Long term guests, have the use of the washer and dryer, and the use of a chest freezer. There is ample off street parking, on private driveway for several cars. So i did not understand you saying parking for one vechicle.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is a quite, safe walkable or jogging area with foot paths.. We have acres of green space at the back, that gives you privacy, and the local wildlife to venture through, as the deer are frequently seen. The convenience of 5 to 10 minutes to shops, movies, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, micro breweries & medical facilities. I love the convenience of everything right there with golf clubs & lakes just 15 min away. Along with the trilith movie studios that make all the marvel movies plus many more latest movies.. And Atlanta just 30 min drive. Airport is 20 minutes from the property.

What makes this property unique

I'm a superhost on other sites for a reason. If you want a place that looks like the photographs. Has comfortable beds, is a peaceful setting. Large living room, professionally cleaned after every stay. And a host who will give you your privacy, but is avaliable 24/7 for any reason if something occurs. Or you just want info on a good restaurant or lake to go to.. You will be made to feel welcome and to enjoy your stay.
