4 BR modern home in Anna Maria

The house is beautiful and mostly as described in the listing. The garage was off limits as was the fireplace and fire pit by the owners, but , honestly , who needs those in Anna Maria. 4 bedrooms , 3 queen and master with king worked perfectly, as did the 3 full baths.. The kids loved loved loved loved the pool, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. AMI locals manage the property and were responsive to all our needs. The pool heat and hot tub did not work at all times , but the management were there quickly. The cook top is gas, and one burner still needs repair. But the other 3 worked fine. The grill was great. AMI gave us 2 tanks full to begin with and never needed another. We had lots of guests and family and found we needed a few more bath towels and beach towels than supplied, and we bought an extra umbrella and beach chair for our needs. The AC was great and there are 2 units, one for upstairs and one for down, so they worked well. All in all, it was a perfect Anna Maria vacation

Holmes Beach

Fantastic home. Some small issues that were taken care of by the management company (AMI Locals) such as the stove not working. But overall a great house and location.

Incredible House! Must stay!!

Absolutely loved everything about this property. The owners made this place feel like home. Backyard is an oasis - the pool is easily the best part about the house. Very short walk (we rented golf carts for the week) to the beach. Everything inside is brand new and updated and was very spacious for 8 of us. We 100% will be back here next year!!
