Beautifully tucked away on more than an acre of land in the tranquil forests of Oakland, this cabin is the perfect getaway for a large family or a group of friends looking to relax and explore the wonders of Deep Creek Lake. You'll find a wealth of entertainment at the house, from the foosball table and board games inside to the private hot tub, multiple decks overlooking the woodlands, and gas grill outdoors. Come home each evening to swap stories of your adventures around the wood-burning fireplace and gather at the outdoor firepit to roast marshmallows and gaze up at the stars. Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area.

This home is both scenically secluded and close to a wide variety of activities in the Deep Creek Lake area. The property is also surrounded by state parks and family-friendly attractions for every season. Head over to Deep Creek Lake State Park (six miles east) to spend a gorgeous day at the beach, or go for a hike from the Swallow Falls Trailhead (six miles west) to wander along the Youghiogheny River on a family-friendly loop in Swallow Falls State Park. You'll be just six miles south of all-seasons fun at Wisp Resort and eight miles north of downtown Oakland's golf course, museums, restaurants, and shops.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
WiFi is provided, however, you'll have to use WiFi calling in order to have cell service at the home.
Firewood is not provided.
Per HOA restrictions, no alcohol is permitted on the community dock.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
