This 900 sq ft (84 sq m) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offers all sorts of amenities and comforts making it a truly home away from home experience. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept, quiet residential apartment building in the historic Weequahic neighborhood of Newark, NJ. It has following amenities: 1) fast and unlimited Optimum WIFI; 2) Amazon Fire Stick and network TV (over 30 channels) 3) full kitchen with full-sized stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, and several kitchen appliances, bake ware, utensils, etc.; 4) laundry room directly across hallway; 5) fully furnished kitchenette in master bedroom with mini refrigerator, microwave oven, hot water kettle, utensils, and mugs; 6) air conditioner and heating induction unit in each bedroom and living room; 7) water filter on the kitchen faucet. 8) comfortable king sized bed and queen size bed with soft sheets, comforters, and ample pillows.

Guest(s) are also supplied with bed linens, duvet, and fresh towels. There are supermarkets, restaurants, banks and other stores nearby (within 5 minutes there is a good selection and within ten minutes there is an excellent selection)

Visitors or anyone who is not part of the reservation must be pre- informed or extra guest fee will be charged.

Guest access

Guests have total access to the entire apartment. Make yourself at home. There is an on-site super for any emergencies. We live close by, if an issue were to arise. We can help you if you need recommendations. Please do not hesitate to ask either myself or my co-host and we will assist. We promise to help in any possible way that we can. We love helping our guests to ensure they enjoy their visit.

Please do NOT smoke inside this home. Feel free to step outside the building or walk ½ block to park as an alternative.
There is ample free street parking. Please note: our alternate side street cleaning days is Monday 8AM-12PM on one side and 12PM-4PM on the other side.
