Beautiful Beachfront Condo with Lanai! Estero Beach & Tennis Club #1003C

Are you ready for a tan and warm sun rays? Come to Fort Myers Beach, FL, and enjoy the tropical island vibe.

This unit has a king size bed, flatscreen Tv, pull-out couch, full kitchen, and beautiful view of the beach off your balcony. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is a pay-to-use laundry room located on the ground floor of Building C.

Recharge from all the daily stress of life by booking this studio. Conveniently, located on the South-end of the island near the well-known Santini Plaza. Enjoy the partial view of the Gulf of Mexico and wake up to walk the white sandy beach.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

You will have access to a heated pool, tennis courts, outdoor seating and grills, beach access, bird watching, shuffleboard, and friendly neighbors.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials around the property as a result of renovations after Hurricane Ian.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).

One of the nicer units at Estero Beach and Tennis

Great unit. Nice view. Fully equipt. Plenty of towels but beach towels were scratchy. TV has limited channels. Everything else was first rate!

The perfect spot for a couple visiting Fort Meyers Beach

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in unit 1003C. The Condo was immaculate and very comfortable. We loved our sunrise and sunset views. For those who enjoy beach walking the condo is a great location. There is a very friendly vibe from owners and visitors at the complex. The heated pool is well maintained. The one issue we had with the condo was resolved by the management company within 3 hours. Overall, our experience with property was excellent and we will return.

Enjoyed the week here, condo was equipped with everything you needed… plus. Great water pressure in shower. Down fall if any were living room curtains should be blinds for more privacy. Definitely would recommend staying here

South Island Stay

There were many restaurants close by. I did not rent a car so that was very convenient. The trolley service was great one way, not so good coming south on that particular day. Two and a half hour wait. The south end is not part of the crazy party beach area. It's relaxed and very nice.

Just spent 2 weeks at this unit. It was exactly as described. We’ve stayed at EBT the last 3 Januarys and this unit was by far the nicest. The little “extra” upgrades were very nice. The view was one of our favorites because. Oils are the sunset every evening and also look out over the center of the island. Would highly recommend this unit!

Relaxing Getaway

We had such a wonderful time enjoying the white sand beach and the shops nearby. We were very pleased by the condo. The furniture and decor fit the space really well and love that there was room for us to put away all our things. Being able to access the unit with a code was a huge plus! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Estero Beach and Tennis #1003C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and were delighted with the condo’s deck view/tall furniture for eating and enjoying morning coffee, beach access, well equipped/easy to use kitchen, king size bed and well equipped beach storage closet. We enjoyed the easy five minute walk to restaurants and shopping. It was a short drive to Lover’s Key where we enjoyed the beach and kayaking. Marie was super helpful on the evening of our arrival. We were a bit frustrated with the check-in process, as we never received an email with the codes to get into the building and condo. The water had not been turned on prior to our arrival and poor Marie had to be awakened at midnight to problem solve for us. After these hiccups, we were content. Thus, the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars in overall stay. On finding out that the hot water heater was only producing lukewarm water due to “rental legalities” we could not give a 5 star rating on property general condition. There were a few cool days and hot water soothes a chilled body.😊 This is a great site and would recommend it for others.
