Leeway RE, Beautiful Gulf Front Condo

Beautiful newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Look at our spacious and well-appointed 1,000 sq. ft. condo on the 5th floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The Gulf Tower is located 1.4 miles west of Highway 59.

The Gulf Tower is a low-density high rise so there is lots of beach space for everyone and features 2 elevators.

Sunroom/balcony with sliding glass doors provides privacy and yearlong enjoyment of ocean. This is NOT an open air balcony. Watch the dolphins, wide variety of coastal birds, sunrises and unbelievable sunsets from the comfort of your balcony - warm or cool - rain or shine. This is a perfect spot to sit back, relax and take in the awesome view.

Our beautiful private end unit on the 5th floor offers fantastic ocean views of glistening water and sunshine from the sunroom/balcony, living room, kitchen, hallway, and guest bedroom. Large Master bedroom looks out to the beautiful blue water of Little Lagoon, luxury linens, TV and private bath. The Guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed, premium bedding, with a bathroom just across the hall.

The Oceanfront Living Room is a spacious open floor plan and has a LED TV. Perfect place for family time or to just relax and listen to the ocean waves. THE CONDO HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE WI-FI for your computer needs.

You will love our beachside pool too - Pool chairs are already there waiting for you to enjoy but please do not leave remove from the pool area.
Do not leave any personal chairs in the breezeway or they will be disposed of.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Any dirty dishes need to be washed and put away prior to departure.
Firm 10am Check Out, $75 fee and $50 every 15 minutes after. Cleaning staff is on a schedule and cannot wait.
Any Beach Towels need to washed and dried. Supplied by owner and not the cleaning staff.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check in 4pm Check out 10am. No Luggage Carts allowed in the Condo, Fine $100, Late Check Out $75 + NO Smoking anywhere in the building, NO Pets
Only one parking pass per unit during: March 1st through August 15th Week of Music Fest - Mid May Labor Day Weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
No items can be left in the walkways and breezeways. No chairs, clothing, ice chest, toys, trash. Items will be taken to the dumpster.

Great experience

This was our first time going to Gulf Shores and we enjoyed it. Mrs. Lee answered all my questions before our arrival and once we arrived we had trouble getting one of the showers to work and Mrs. Lee called me right away to help me figure it out. Condo was nicely furnished and the customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay , the biggest down side was the elevators. Poor sir movement in them as nd very warm as as result.

Thanks Joe for your review. In response to the elevators they are scheduled to be replaced. Gulf Shores took a direct hit by Hurricane Sally in 2020 the repairs to the island was extensive and the replacement of the elevators had to be put on hold do to all the repairs to the building. We now have a new roof, the building was completely painted inside and and out and the railings have all been replace. I hope your were satisfied with the condo itself and my communication with you. We have been coming to Gulf Shores and have had wonderful family vacations here. We look forward to spending more time here to enjoy the beauty of the beach and the Gulf Coast.
The property is the The Gulf Tower. The Alabama Gulf Coast is a fun-filled vacation area to enjoy our white sand beaches. Build memorable sandcastles, go fishing, sailing, play tennis or a round of golf. Watch your kids having a blast playing putt-putt golf, laughing on water park rides and spending the day at the pool or splashing at the beach.
There are so many attractions - factory outlet shopping, world class entertainment, fishing, golfing, boating, dolphins, shelling and then there are the fabulous restaurants and outstanding seafood.
