About this property

Savor the sand between your toes, stunning sunsets, and beautiful beaches of Oak Island while enjoying our spacious, open floor-plan 5 bedroom home. 3 bedrooms are on first floor with 2 full baths. All doorways on the first floor are extra wide and wheelchair friendly. Upstairs are the 4th bedroom, a full bath, and a cozy loft with 4 built-in bunkbeds - the perfect hang-out area for the kids! Sleeps 13. Pet friendly.

The house is located on a peaceful, quiet street, just 0.8 miles from the beach with lots of parking at the public beach access. It is a half a block from the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), with a public pier just 0.2 miles away, and a boat ramp just 0.3 miles away.

Amenities include a well-stocked kitchen, large pantry, charcoal grill in the backyard, TV in every room, washer and dryer, and a 2nd refrigerator/freezer and extra coolers in the garage. Bikes, beach toys, a beach wagon, cornhole, and paddle board available for guest use.

Nice quick stay

Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home :) It was perfect for what we needed, kids loved the bunk room and the bean bag chairs. Appreciated everything being labeled so easy to find things, and lots of hooks in upstairs bathroom. :). Driveway was also big enough for two pickup trucks and our Excursion 👍

Oak Island Pledge The Punk

My friends and I met on Oak Island for the Pledge The Pink 33.3 mile breast cancer awareness walk. Cindy and Mark’s home was perfectly located for this event and, was a comfortable fit for us. The screened porch was a relaxing area to share dinner, laughter and make more memories. Thank you for opening your home!
