Fuchsia Sea View Villa

The house is 102m2, new built, and it is located in Agios Sostis village, in Tinos island. It is no more than 5 minutes walk from the beach and it has amazing views of the Aegean sea including the island of Mykonos.

It is spread in 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-lounge-dining area, a toilet with shower, and a double bedroom. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed that can also be used as a sofa, and a toilet with shower. Both on ground and first floors there are spacious verandas with amazing views of the sea and the beach. The verandas will have tables and seats where you can enjoy and relax under same shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your own meals which you will be able to enjoy either in the inside dining area or in the verandas. The living room is very cozy with a TV set and free wi-fi. Our aim is to make you feel at home while being on your holidays!

The neighbourhood is fairly quiet if you want to relax and just enjoy the sun and the sea. There are some traditional tavernas near by if u want to taste some greek food and if u feel like an adventure u can always pop in your car and explore the rest of the island.

You can check yourselves in using a key box. The details will be provided to you near the time of your arrival.

Comfortable and nice stay near the sea

Villa Fuchsia is a beautiful house on the island of Tinos and we pretty much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view from both terrasses towards the Aegean sea and the island of Mykonos. Everything is clean and modern. 5 minutes walk to the nice beach with clear water. You find two Tavernas for a drink or lunch or dinner near the beach. Maria is a relaxed, reliable and perfect host.

Wonderful property - close to Tinos town. Owner responded quickly each time. Left breakfast food and coffee, which was greatly appreciated. View is fantastic - making the narrow driveway to the property entirely worth it! 10 stars…

Lovely Villa

This villa was really amazing! 6 min drive to Chora/tinos town. Lovely balconies for different times of the day to enjoy coffee or meals with sea views. Extremely quiet location. Over a 4 day stay in July we only saw one neighbour. You 100% need a car to get there. The roads to the property are a little tricky/steep - but then again, much of the island has roads that are challenging. We would definitely return.

A un passo dalla spiaggia

Una discesa ripida, quattro passi ed ecco la baia/spiaggia di Agyos Sostis con le sue acque cristalline. Una scelta azzeccata per chi come noi, aveva bisogno di rilassarsi senza doversi spostare ogni giorno in macchina. L'isola, poi, ci è piaciuta molto. Ancora autentica, molto "greca", spazzata dal meltemi. Con le colline brulle attraversate dai muretti a secco e le colombaie, retaggio veneziano. Bella la vista dalla villa, con Mykonos all'orizzonte e la gentilezza di Maria, la proprietaria.

Es war alles perfekt. Die Lage…zum schönsten Strand von Tinos 2 Gehminuten. die Einrichtung und der Stil des Häuschens, wunderbar! Sauber, modern, nachgedacht, es ist alles da! Bright and spacious near good beach

We were met from the ferry and guided to the property where some provisions waited for us - very welcome as we arrived in the evening. The villa is bright and clean and spacious, just as it appears in the pictures, with lots of outside space to eat, dry clothes and watch the lights twinkling on Mykonos. There is an outside staircase to the top balcony so everyone can share it. All the equipment we needed was there - washing machine, large fridge, toaster, good coffee maker etc.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Traumausblick

Toller Empfang am Hafen von Tinos, Fährt zum Haus und dort wurde alles Erklärt. Das Haus liegt ca. 5 Minuten (steiler Weg) zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Zufahrt ist für große Autos ungeeignet...sehr eng. Der Blick von der Terrasse oben auf Mykonos ist traumhaft. Das Haus bietet einen sehr guten Komfort und ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Einkaufen muss man in Tinos-Stadt ( ca. 10 Min. Fahrt) // Ausflugziele alle super von dort erreichbar. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub dort - speziell auch für Kinder ! Streunerkatzen und Stechmücken sind lästig, aber zu ertragen...

Une très belle maison en bord de mer

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette maison sur l'île de Tinos. Elle est extrêmement bien conçue, dans un état impeccable et super bien aménagée. La vue est superbe des 2 terrasses et nous avons également apprécié le patio couvert lors des journées venteuses ce qui nous permettait néanmoins de manger dehors. Elle fait partie d'un ensemble résidentiel mais elle est orientée de telle façon qu'on oublie les voisins ce qui est très appréciable. L'accueil a également été charmant, nous avons été accueillis au port et conduits jusqu'à la maison où un panier de bienvenue nous attendait. Une très belle adresse sur cette île qui mérite le détour, je recommande sans hésiter ! Merci encore !

Un séjour parfait .

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans la villa Fuschia de Maria .Tout était parfait du début jusqu'à la fin ,nous avons été très bien accueillisau port par Maria , la maison est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle les 2 terrasses ont une très belle vue ,idéalement située l'accès à la plage de agio Sostis se fait en 5 minutes à pieds ,l'environnement est très calme ,les commerces sont accessibles en voiture en 10 minutes .Le ménage et le linge sont renouvelés tous les 4-5 jours ce qui est très appréciable. L'emplacement de la villa permet de visiter l'île très facilement .

Casa molto bella e accogliente

La casa si trova a circa 600 mt dalla spiaggia. Dal balcone della camera si ha una vista meravigliosa della baia sottostante (agios sostis )e dell'isola di Mikonos. Tutto l'arredamento e curato nei minimi particolari, e molto funzionale. Ideale per famiglie o gruppo di amici . La signora Maria molto simpatica e ospitale, le sue marmellate sono buonissime. Siamo rimasti molto contenti sia della struttura che dell'accoglienza.

Très jolie maison avec vue magnifique

La maison, qui est spacieuse et très propre, jouit d'une vue magnifique de jour comme de nuit sur Mykonos, sur la plage en contrebas et sur les collines environnantes. Elle est située à moins de 5 minutes à pieds d'une charmante plage familiale. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux grandes terrasses où nous avons passé de longs moments à observer les étoiles ! A noter que les commerces étant à plusieurs kilomètres, il est préférables de disposer d'une voiture mais un bus relie également la plage à la ville (passage toutes les 2 heures). Location idéale pour se reposer !

Casa molto bella!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Maria dal 9 al 25 agosto: la casa è molto bella, spaziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutti i confort. Ottima la pulizia e apprezzatissima l'accoglienza della padrona di casa, molto gentile e sempre sorridente. Anche nelle giornate di vento (in agosto soffia veramente forte), era un piacere potersi godere la casa e ammirare il panorama dalle terrazze. Vicinissima alla spiaggia e facilmente raggiungibile in macchina Tinos. Grazie mille Maria! Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno e, dovessimo tornare a Tinos, torneremo sicuramente nella tua villetta!

superbe maison cycladique avec vue magnifique sur la mer et les îles

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette superbe maison, très bien équipée, dont la vue sur la mer, et Mykonos en face, (et les autres îles au loin), est exceptionnelle, que ce soit de la terrasse devant la cuisine et l'entrée principale, ou depuis la terrasse devant la chambre du haut. Nous ne nous sommes pas lassés des levers et couchers de soleil sur Mykonos, ainsi que des nuits à contempler les étoiles ... la maison est d'une propreté irréprochable et les draps et serviettes de toilette ont été changés tous les cinq jours ! Il y a, à l'arrière de la maison, une petite cour avec un jardinet où nous avons récolté tous les jours nos tomates. En cas de Meltem (ce qui semble être très fréquent l'été), nous avons trouvé une parade pour manger au calme : mettre la table extérieure sous le porche, à l'ombre ! Ne vous affolez pas pour la petite route, qui grimpe et tourne jusqu'à la maison, on s'y fait très vite, L'accès peut sembler compliqué au début, mais lorsque vous êtes arrivés, ce n'est que du bonheur, car au bout de la route (pas de circulation) et au calme absolu. Tout en étant à un 1/4 d'heure de voiture du port et des commerces de Tinos. Quant à Maria, toutes les questions que nous avons pu lui poser avant de réserver ont eu des réponses positives (chaises longues, BBQ). Pendant ces trois semaines, nous avons passé deux jours à Mykonos, et trois jours à Syros, mais l'île de Tinos mérite vraiment d'être découverte pour ses magnifiques villages, ses pigeonniers et ses nombreuses plages aux eaux cristallines. Nous y reviendrons avec un énorme plaisir !!!
