Recently updated! Grand Sand is one of the BEST properties on the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Incredibly decorated with soaring high ceilings, 7 bedrooms (6 private bedrooms, plus bunk/daybed loft, plus upstairs den with sofa bed) and 6 bathrooms, right on the Gulf with private pool! NOT a duplex, this incredible property is ALL YOURS! The location could not be more perfect. It is less than 2 miles from Hwy 59--shops, restaurants, shopping, The Hangout--the heart of Gulf Shores! Yet just far enough away from condos and Hwy 59 for privacy during your beach retreat. Waves store, "Beach House" restaurant, Boudreaux Seafood, Janino's Pizza, and Island Ice Cream are within walking distance of this fabulous property. This home will be one you enjoy year after year. It's hard to leave Grand Sand! This home is perfect for multiple families traveling together due to our three separate areas.
We have three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms plus loft den area with sleeper sofa in upstairs street side with two bathrooms, and queen bedroom and bathroom with bunk/daybed loft in beachside upstairs. Bed/bath layout is follows:

has jets, we have them deactivated due to
Covid)

We do have front and back security cameras that monitor the entrances and can be reviewed for security issues.
We have Roku Smart Tvs in each bedroom. Come for the Fall, it's a GREAT time to be at the beach...incredible weather, fewer crowds, and fantastic rates!! Recently renovated!!

We rented this property for a Christmas weekend gathering of 17 family menbers covering 4 generations....its was a terrific , clean, well stocked property and even in the exceptionally cold weather it served us well....plenty of space for gathering inside and/or outside without feeling overly crowded and plenty of sleeping/bathroom facilities.....found everything we needed for cooking and the two refrigerators handled our storage needs well....special thanks and kudos to the detail oriented and responsive owners!

Great Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Sand! The house fit our needs and it was the perfect location on the beach. Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful spot. The back porch swing was the our favorite spot to relax in the evenings and look at the ocean view. We will be back in the future.

Great house and stay!

We just finished a week at Grand Sands and had a great time! We had an infant, nieces, nephews, teens, parents and grandparents and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped, everyone had plenty of space, and the location and beach were excellent. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful before and during the trip. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Family Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed the trip! Easy access to the beach. Plenty of refrigerator space for a large group. We did not realize we were booking our stay while the Hangout Music Fest was taking place. Almost felt like we were down there for spring break. Will certainly stay again in the future!

A Fun Spring Break!

A group of friends and myself came to gulf shores for spring break and this property was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing (sunsets were so beautiful) and all 22 of us fit comfortably in this home! The owners were so kind and communicative. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to come again!

Grand Sand Beach House could not have been better for our family of 16! The public spaces were exactly what we needed to celebrate two birthdays and there were great “pod” spaces for sleeping and privacy. The bathrooms were great and well placed! Thank you for an unforgettable celebration vacation!

Grand Sand was PERFECT!

Family Fun and Relaxation

The property was amazing as well as the location. Great for just adults but also great for kids as well. Under the house is perfectly set up for fun and games for both adults and children after dark. Loved it! Especially loved view from the porch swing!

There is a sandy area with swings under the home that is perfect for the kids to play out of the sun! We also have a porch swing on the back deck that overlooks the pool area. You can walk to get ice cream or dinner!
