Casa Toucan is a quiet, private property with expansive views and amazing outdoor spaces. From the decks, you can see the Statue of Christ of Mercy standing over San Juan del Sur. The town is less than a mile, so you can enjoy all the benefits of SJDS and return to peace, quiet and tranquility.
Casa Toucan is a Celebration of Outdoor Space. An expansive Patio Compliments 2 levels of Exterior Deck attached to this 3 bedroom house. The pool is a great place to cool of and enjoy a view without any others.
A 4th bedroom in our detached casita can be arranged for an additional cost.
The property has a full time caretaker.
