Lovely little studio apartment. Fantastic location. Has everything you need for short stay. No Internet access in the apartment but this was out of the owners hands. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us

A blessing and a curse

Location was great being that it was centered from all other cities in Algarve. Easy for day trips. Our rental was just off the beach which as a blessing but we were cursed by the nightly entertainment just down the street, no WIFI for the first 4 days and very humid room with black mold on the exterior wall.

Le balcon donne sur la rue commerçante.La réception est ouverte 24h/24.Nombreux commerces à proximité (pharmacie, ATM, supérette,...) et beaucoup de PUBs et de restos touristiques.Toutefois, le parking proposé n'est pas accessible à toutes les périodes... à voir avec le proprio.Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Centralt nära stranden

Lägenheten var bra för 1 person.Den enda nackdelen var att den låg mitt i barområdet. Så det var väldigt hög ljudnivå på nätterna. Luftkonditioneringen var utmärkt.Mycket centralt belägen lägenhet. Gångavstånd till allt, stränder och mycket bra restauranger.

Erittäin huonosti siivottu. Kylpyhuoneessa, lattialistoissa sekä parvekkeen ovessa mustaa homekasvustoa. Järkyttävä meteli koko iltayön jja sen jälkeen aamuyöllä, kun juhlivat britit palasivat hotelleihin. Apea.

Asunto toimitettiin siistinä, tämä asiakas syyllistyi huonoihin käytäntöihin jättämällä ikkunoita avaamatta ilmanvaihtoa ja ilmankiertoa varten asunnossa aiheuttaen kosteutta. Melun osalta hän valitsi asunnon vanhan kaupungin keskustassa, jossa on yöelämää. Jos se luo rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta, hän olisi valinnut majoituksen maaseudulta, jossa hän olisi kuullut vain lintuja. Hän ei osannut valita!

Ons verblijf was top, we hebben van de oude stad genoten. Uitzicht bij het strand ondanks laag seizoen toch aardig druk. Veel eetgelegenheden, er was veel reuring in het uitgaansgebied, voor wie hiervan houd ben je op de juiste plek. Contact met eigenaar accomodatie was goed.

Já não e a primeira vez que eu vou a este apartamento. Adoro o sítio. Desta vez levei a minha bebê de 8 meses .Não é um sítio silencioso até porque e na zona mais movimentada. Mas a minha bebê dormia a noite toda como um anjo. Foi excelente mais uma vez o único ponto que eu mudava era o frigorífico . Não refresca muito bem já e muito antigo deveria ser alterado. De resto tudo em conformidade Férias ao lado da praia nada melhor.

Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Vermieter war sehr unfreundlich. Nur eine Rolle Klopapier. Geschirr war dreckig als wir ankamen. Schwamm zum spülen war sehr abgenutzt, Spülmittel gab es genauso nicht und die schränke haben einfach nur gestunken. Sein Argument war, dass es kein Hotel sei. Für diesen Preis ist es absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Einzig positive war, dass es nicht weit zum Strand war mehr leider aber nicht.

Super appartement

L’appartement était vraiment génial ! Super bien placé, en plein centre ville, avec du personnel 24h sur 24h à la réception si besoin. L’appartement était très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le seul petit bémol : pas du tout de communication avec le propriétaire dès lors que vous êtes arrivés sur place… De plus, on m’avait indiqué qu’il y aurait un parking gratuit, et en arrivant j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise d’apprendre qu’il n’y en avait pas… Sinon, je recommande vivement ce logement qui était vraiment top, on reviendra !

Studio très bruyant mal isolé donnant sur la rue la plus animée d'albufeira (commerces restaurants)...Seul moment de calme de 4h00 à 6h00 le matin surtout si pendant 4 jours des concerts sont programmés (SOUNDS SUNSET)sur la place des pêcheurs au pied de l'appartement Attention prévoir un budget parking (10€ par jour)pour garer sa voiture car pas de possibilités de se garer à proximité et vu la densité de population tres difficile de trouver un stationnement mème éloigné
