THE SEA HORSE APARTMENT

The Sea Horse apartment is a superb new three-room apartment fully equipped, spacious and comfortable with 95m2 of living space (including 30m2 of terrace) located on the water on the first floor in a new luxury residence (with elevator) in Les Trois Ilets.

Anse Mitan Beach is located at the foot of the residence, 20 meters away.

From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy a small panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France from the table or from the lounge chairs.
The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the interior living room / TV area and the terrace while enjoying the sea view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.

Travelers can take advantage of the indoor lounge including a TV area (TV connected with Netflix, Youtube ...) with cable channels + WIFI Internet.

You will find a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
A second separate toilet is present in the apartment.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the apartment's terrace while enjoying the sea view.

The Sea Horse apartment has 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.

The master bedroom has a 180cm double bed + large wardrobe and a TV. This room has direct access to a small terrace not overlooked.

The second bedroom has a 140cm double bed + large wardrobe and a TV. This room has direct access to a small terrace not overlooked.

Résidence récente et calme, localisation parfaite pour rayonner sur toute l'île. Des prestations de qualité (place de parking privée, ascenseur, lave vaisselle, lave linge, clim dans les 2 chambres, excellente literie, cuisine hyper fonctionnelle), plage de l'Anse Mitan devant la résidence. Super communication et super accueil par Fabien et Sandrine, n'hésitez pas à passer par eux pour réserver des activités.

Séjour à l'anse mitan

Très agréable séjour dans une très belle résidence idéalement située à l'anse Mitan. les propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes. C'est vraiment une adresse recommandable qui nous donne envie de revenir.

Très beau séjour en Martinique!

Appartement fidèle aux photos sur VRBO. Près de tout, resto, boulangerie, épicerie. Bien situé, central pour faire les visiter de l’île. Belle petite plage attenant à l’appart. Très propre. Climatisation dans les 2 chambres à la hauteur. Grande terrasse vraiment superbe. Tout est là dans la cuisine. Une couverture supplémentaire par chambre aurait été appréciée. L’hôte, Fabien, facile à rejoindre et sympathique. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le sud et le centre de la Martinique.

Je m’étais trompée dans ma réservation. J’avais réservé un autre condo, mais pour 2024. Je n’ai toujours pas mon remboursement dans mon compte visa. Je retourne chez moi aujourd’hui et j’appellerai ma banque. Enfin, 5 jours avant, j’ai trouvé ce condo et nous en sommes très ravis.

Résidence les pieds dans l eau. Neuve et bien entretenue.

Appartement tout équipé dans résidence neuve. Terrasse très grande face à la mer.ancun point négatif. Excellent séjour avec un accueil chaleureux de Fabien et un au revoir tout aussi agréable de Sandrine. Je recommande les yeux fermés. ass

Un très bon séjour

S'il n'y avait pas eu un problème de machine à laver qui n'a pu être résolu pendant nos 2 semaines de séjours, je considèrerai la note maximale. Ceci étant dit, il est probable que ce problème ne soit pas représentatif des séjours dans cet appartement. Si nous retournons à 3 ilets nous y retournerons probablement.
