⭐️Ski On-Ski Off Cozy Mountain Condo w/Real Wood Fire Place- King Bed 2-Bed/Bath

Ski On-Ski Off!! Cozy-Beautiful mountain themed decorated condo is in the heart of Sunrise at Bear Mountain in Killington VT. The updated kitchen has beautiful wood floors, featuring brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances. The main focal point in the living room is a massive wood burning brick fireplace with a 55" smart flat screen TV on the mantel. The smart TV's comes with Roku so you can stream all the content you want from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon with free Hi-Speed WiFi. Recent upgrades include new furniture in the living room furniture, master bed room & dining room. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The guest room has two twin bunk beds for the kids. Premium linens & towels are provided & the unit has a full size washer & dryer for your use.

If you read my reviews you will notice 2 words stick out “cozy” & “clean”

Both bathrooms were completely renovated with all new tile shower/bath encloses, Vermont slate/stone floors, rain shower heads, new vanities & brush nickel fixtures

Walk to the end of the parking lot to the ski trail that takes you to your own private chair lift.

The clubhouse is a short drive(less than 2-minutes) down the road that has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna & fitness area with locker rooms. There is an outdoor pool that is opened during the summer. Additionally enjoy the Sunrise Cafe at the Club House for lunch & dinner during the winter months.

Clubhouse Winter Hours:
Winter Season - The Saturday before Thanksgiving thru Mid April. Hours 9AM-9PM 7days per week. The outdoor hot tub is open but the outdoor pool is closed

Clubhouse Summer Hours:
Open Memorial Day Weekend thru Columbus Day Weekend(weather dependent). Hours 7:30AM-4:30PM Mon-Fri. Only the lockers rooms & workout area are open during the summer plus the outdoor pools

I own the adjoining unit so if you want to vacation with another family you will be next to each other but have your own separate space. The other unit if available is #1176157 which you can enter into the VRBO search bar. Or you can email me to see if it is available.

Please note the ski on - ski off trail/lift typically opens around the New Year plus or minus a week thru the 1st weekend in April. Since it is weather dependent NO refunds will be given if it is not open. Over the years I have seen the lift open as early as the Friday before Christmas & as late as MLK weekend. Again NO refunds will be given if the lift is closed & you will need to drive to an open base lodge.

Additionally after Bear Mountain opens Killington runs a shuttle service to all the base lodges from the Sunrise Clubhouse - 2 min ride from the condo

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load the washer with any used towels & start it. Detergent should be near the wash machine.
Close & lock any doors & windows your opened & turn the heat back to 60 degrees. This does not apply during the summer.
Please load any dishes you used into the dishwasher & start it. The detergent pods should be under the kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The private ski lift is typically open the weekend before Christmas thru the 1st weekend in April - weather permitting. No refunds if it is closed
Loss of future income due to damage, unauthorized late check out or any reason so the unit is not ready for the next guest - I will claim your deposit
Guest must close & lock all doors & windows when they check out.

This is a clean and newly updated condo with everything you need. Jim was a great host and always responsive. We came in the summer and it was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Cozy Ski in/Ski Out

We absolutely loved this condo! We stayed in mid-March, and the ski-in/ski-out access was perfect. It was just a quick 1-minute walk to the end of the parking lot, then we could pop on our skis and take the Sun Dog trail to the Sunrise chairlift. The conditions on the hills were fantastic. It was so convenient for our family to be able to come back for lunch and then head right back out again. The condo itself was super cozy, and the kitchen was great for preparing meals. Cozy mountain retreat

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! The condo has a cozy feel and enjoyed the wood burning fireplace each night. The kitchen was well equipped for Christmas dinner and I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee from the Keurig. The mattresses were extremely comfortable along with the amazing bed sheets and comforter which was a treat to crawl into after a long day of skiing! We’ll definitely be coming back! Long ski weekend with kids

Great place to stay with family for a ski weekend at Killington. The kids loved the bunk beds and nearby indoor pool. It was too early in the season for the nearby lift to be open but it was only a 10-15 minute drive to one of the other base areas. Check in was easy and the owner very responsive. No issues.

This luxury condo that is unlike anything in the area. It has been tastefully decorated with a mountain theme. This condo has a real wood burning stone fireplace and a gourmet kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, a king size bed in the master bedroom with quality linens - this is a ski condo you will not want to leave!
