In the heart of the regional natural park volcanoes of Auvergne, in the spa resort of La Bourboule, it is the ideal place for holidays with family or friends.
Its situation offers you a wide range of activities besides hydrotherapy (baths, thalassotherapy, treatments ...) you practice all outdoor sports hiking, volcanic bathing, cycling, trail but also cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skiing alpine among others for the winter period.
The villa is ideally located, close to the city center and all amenities; train station, supermarket, aquatic center, hiking, shuttle (link with the Mont Dore winter resort) 5 minutes walk and 15 minutes from the Grands Thermes.
This house welcomes you for your pleasure. Completely renovated, it consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen open to comfortable lounge area with TV DVD and a wood stove for the pleasure of the flame (the house has central heating) 2 bedrooms with private dressing rooms, 2 bathrooms with towel dryer.
An independent garage with motorized door for a vehicle, locker for ski equipment and appenti for bike and mountain bike.
