Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. In wooded areas, it is unfortunately common for mice to try to enter homes as temperatures drop. Pest control has since visited the property, trapped the mouse, and sealed the area where it was believed to be entering to help prevent this from happening again. Regarding the bed, all beds in the cabin are queen-size. We are sorry if there was any confusion. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
The home was clean and well laid out. There were more than enough towels for guests. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was silent and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was a perfect end to the day, and drinking morning coffee on the deck was a nice way to start the day.
We are considering buying our own property in this area and really loved the natural beauty. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The expressions on my kids' faces when they roasted marshmallows over the fire pit is a memory I'll cherish forever.

A Beautiful Mountain Getaway
My family of 4 absolutely loved Bigfoot Bluff. It's quite secluded and that was exactly what we were hoping for. It's central to so many good hikes and things to do. We loved the hot tub and fire pit!

Clean and welcoming home!
We really enjoyed our stay. The interior was very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was with the upstairs shower--we could not get it to function. It made the wait for the downstairs bathroom a bit long when the whole family was getting ready. otherwise, it was a great visit.

Hi Dan, thank you for your kind feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the home clean and well-maintained. Regarding the upstairs shower, it has a nozzle that needs to be pulled down for it to function, which can be easy to miss. We appreciate you letting us know, and hope this helps for any future visits. We look forward to hosting you again!
We had a nice stay for a weekend trip with 5 people. The GPS directions are a little off and the road to get there is very steep so it would be better to have a well-equipped vehicle but overall the property is accurately listed and not that far from amenities. The cleanliness level could have been better because there was build up on the shower heads and dirty/rusted pots and pans. I think it is about time they are replaced, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
Nice clean and spacious cabin. There are no locking trash cans so wild animals make a mess out of your trash, it will be scattered all over right next to where you have to walk on to porch.

Hi Daniel, thank you for your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed our spacious cabin. We're sorry to hear about the issue with the trash and truly understand how frustrating that can be. Your note is appreciated and we’ll be sure to share it with the local team as we work on improving the experience. We’d love the chance to host you again.
We enjoyed our time at this cabin. The check-in/out process was easy. The cabin had all the necessities. It was super clean and more than what we expected. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, but I really enjoyed sitting in front of the gas logs.
Very impressed with the cleanliness, location and amenities of this cabin. We’ll be making this rental a regular place to stay in the future!

The cabin was even better than the description. Extremely quiet and secluded with the National Forest in your back yard. The cabin is situated 15 minutes south of Blairsville and only 30 minutes NW of Helen. Lots of hiking, waterfalls and general outdoor fun just off your steps!
This cabin was super cute, quiet, and peaceful! It was very clean and well kept. We only stayed for a couple days, but wished we could have stayed longer! It it very convenient to beautiful hiking trails and of course the cute town of Helen. Would definitely recommend this property! I’m hoping to bring my whole family back next time!
Perfect little cabin for a family recharge. Jacuzzi was a treat and we also loved making s’mores at the firepit. Only “complaint” is that every sound upstairs carried through the whole house, but that’s just part of the cabin experience.

Cabin was nice. Watch your step is very steep. Bring extra toilet paper. Very peaceful. All good except dog pen somewhere that you can smell.
