Amazing fitness Center, Huge resort pool, lap pool ,41person hot tub, many entertainment areas that accommadate social distancing, games room, community Center, tennis, bocce ball, resident cafe style hangout .My house is only one block from The Square (area with all facilities) Close to 202 and Ellsworth St . There are sunscreens , blinds and curtains, 3 zones for AC and heat in the house. 2020 build.
