About this property

Quinta Rustica w / pool, between Valencia and Monsoon.

I am a rehabilitated house with two floors, located in the city of Valencia. I have 3000 m2 of surrounding area. On the entrance floor I have a dining area and living room with fireplace, en-suite, fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access and stairs to the top floor. On the upper floor have two full bathrooms, three bedrooms (one double bedroom, a room overlooking the pool with two single beds and a suite with closet) and balcony.

Outside have a granary, one cabano with a wood oven and large landscaped areas divided in terraces. I have several fruit trees, a small vineyard, flowers and plants. I also have a swimming pool overlooking the village.
I feel I am the ideal destination for an escape from city bustle. If you are a young couple, a family or just a group of friends who want to meet, have all the conditions to offer you the moments wished.

I'm just minutes from the historic center of Valencia and Monsoon, and 30 minutes from Vigo.

Exceptional property and grounds

We had a fantastic stay where we were able to enjoy the local area and retreat to the beautiful grounds and swimming pool to enjoy the sunshine and relax! Exactly what we had hopped for we had a really good stay that started early as our host was very accommodating and late checking out. We definitely intend to return for a longer stay.

From the moment we were due to beook in the communication was excellent. The pictures dont do the Villa justice, the place is lovely. The fresh fruit and Wine in the fridge were amazing.The fresh bread every morning was a really lovely touch. We had a few local dogs that came to visit us which we didnt mind. 1 little one that we nicknamed happy as it always looked like she was smiling. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful House in a great location

I must say, any number of photos can’t do this wonderful house justice. The location is superb, with glorious views all around. The house itself looks old, but rebuilt with all the modern conveniences and style. Lots of room throughout with very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is spotless with great shade available. The outdoor cooking and eating options are superb. And finally the hosts were fantastic. I loved the extra touch of fresh bread in the postbox outside the gate every morning. We would definitely consider returning here and would strongly recommend this house to anyone.

La estancia cumplió las espectativas. Fuimos 2 parejas y 2 niñas de 6 y 10 años y un perrito. Puse un 3 a la limpieza porque olia mucho a cerrado y humedad,pero no estaba sucio;seguramente fuimos los primeros de la temporada. La piscina y la casa tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Como punto importante para quien lleve mascotas: la finca no es antiescapistas. Lo pasamos fenomenal. Para repetir sin duda.

Belle et grande maison. Propriétaires très gentils et très accueillant. Merci pour les attentions à l’arrivée. L'environnement et la maison sont magnifiques. Tout est mis en place par les hôtes pour que le séjour soit agréable. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée et le nécessaire est fourni. La récupération et le rendu des clefs sont très souples. Il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle mais nous avons eu l'agréable surprise des clims dans chaque chambre. Nous recommandons la maison.

Clean and comfortable house in a lovely location

We loved this house. Great shaded area to relax around the pool with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Our host made us very welcome and we would recommend for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Nearby towns of Valenca and Tui (Spain) well worth visiting.

Beautiful Villa

Our stay at the Villa was truly wonderful. The Villa itself is gorgeous, no air conditioning but it seems to stay cool and we didn't find it a problem. The pool is just delightful we spent all day playing with the kids in the pool and they just loved it. The Villa is set in a beautiful setting and the views are out of this world. The hosts whom we met on our arrival were just lovely and welcoming and the daily fresh bread that organised for us was just a lovely touch that we looked forward to each day.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, dans une région superbe et une maison de rêve.... les délicates intentions de notre hôte sont plus qu’appréciables, les enfants comme les parents étaient ravis! Le jardin et ses alentours sont des terrains de jeux inépuisables ! Des balades très chouettes à faire autour et des visites plus éloignées possibles : parc national, Ponte de Lima, Porto, Viana.... et toujours le plaisir délicieux de retrouver la maison et sa piscine avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas! Ansprechendes Haus (keine Heizung) auf toll angelegtem Grundstück, mit schönem Blick über den Ort, in ländlicher Umgebung (mit allen Vor-und Nachteilen...). Uns hat der in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft liegende, aktive Steinbruch (200-300m Luftlinie) sehr gestört!
