This luxury property is surrounded by pristine National Forest, so your stay will feel like a mountain getaway with all of the amenities and resort facilities a short 10min drive away. With a cook's kitchen, large private hot tub, grill, sledding, snowshoeing, and other fun activities right out your door you won't want to leave!

-- Views: Forested, looking towards the continental divide

-- Outdoor Space: Front/back deck with an outdoor grill
-- Living Room: Wood burning fireplace
-- Laundry: Private in-home washer/dryer
-- Parking: Garage spots plus driveway parking
-- Standard Amenities: High speed Internet, Cable, linens/towels & a set of sundries provided

-- Air Conditioning: NO. Due to the mild high alpine climate, very few properties in the mountains are equipped with air conditioning.
GETTING AROUND:
This home is located in the Peak 7 neighborhood. There is no shuttle service to this location, so guests can drive to the free BreckConnect gondola parking lot or go directly to the Peak 7/8 ski base areas.
PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. Parking is not allowed on the county road. If you need additional parking for more cars than what is allowed in the driveway, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
What to be aware of:
- The property is located in an area of Breckenridge that feels more remote. We highly recommend an AWD/4WD vehicle in the Winter and it may be essential when the conditions require.
